the once exciting or sweet, extravagance or boring (lazy) ..
and we laughed at the ever funny scene of the row of couples sitting next to each other in the restaurant.
I remember enjoying Vday with excitement.
I admit i wished for flowers too.
but i think my fav Vday was when i whipped dinner and we had dessert, a short walk and swinging session by the park. (and ofcourse waking up to the scent of flowers as well).
but its really aside from everything and the real world that is.
to me, Vday is actually a day to remind everyone that Love do exist. i know its lotsa $ and lotsa over-rated actions, but on which day (besides anniversaries, birthdays or what not days) people actually are told to be reminded that love is around and whatever it is, if you love thee you show it. (your way of course)
i secretly wished for flowers and love showered on me.
i didn't know if i should expect so as well.
but instead i choose to look straight into life and be practical about it.
only the brave and faithful, the felts and joy of whats real and right.
not by flowers nor expresses of love.
but by the faith, felts and smiles that makes it all so real.
i think i named my fav Vday post "Valentine's for real. almost"
now i know why, because something was short.
as i await for the little faith and brave you.
as i await for me to seek thee the right way..
i embrace Valentine's Day with smiles and grace for i know there's so many types of love on this earthly place. and i will and have always believed in Love.
"Specky; for comfort and joy so real yet so short-lived, find your way through ya.
