its so saddening to see my locks of hair being cut...
but sacrifices have to be made...
its more practical and manageable with short hair...
especially working in my line...
*sob* i miss my long hair...

left: relatively long fingernails...aft an express manicure (light metallic purple polish)
right: my fingernails have been trimmed! *sobs* byebye
it was nice while it lasted..

went out on a date wif mummy dearest today...
after dropping off my sisters at Andalus, met up wif mum at the bus stop. then off we went to Jurong POint for a movie..
reached just in time to catch the 5.50pm showing of The Da Vinci Code..was kinda surprised that it was less full than the 6.40pm show..oh well *shrugs*
the movie itself is quite nice...i suppose its much more difficult to rate movies that i have oreadi read the corresponding book. the urge to compare and see which scenes were cut-out / editted renders any potential rating to be a bias one.
besides...dont want to spoil it for you readers somewhere out there...
once the movie was over, it was off to World of Sports and Royal Sporting House to search for my new sports footwear.. (sport shoe la kirakan)
it turns out to be a present frm mummy! eee...beshnye... :D thanks ma!
oh, i oso bought Polo Tees at S$19.90 each with a minimum of 2 pieces. on 2nd thought..shld haf bought the one's at Giordano or Bossini or sth...shld be much cheaper than ELLE Active...oh well..
reached home to daddy nagging abt where we went for so late...haizz..

finally!3yrs worth of studying has paid off in a more entertaining way!started the day with juz the deed signing on the agenda..but it lead to other thgs...after the signing, which took ard an hr plus, we went to haf breakfast at Bedok South..where my dad used to play during his childhood days..next stop was Changi Hospital to visit my uncle..admitted due to extreme tummy pain..but the item on the agenda tt i was moz excited about was....the trip down to Mustafa Centre to get me my brand new MP3 player!!woohoo!it's a present from my aunt for achieving the Diploma with Merit.. *does a small dance*selamaat aku tak yah keluar duit beli mp3... :)nihoo..
the salesperson said tt this is the latest model frm Samsung..the YP-t55beats the iPod..cause it has 3D surround sound! and boy..the quality is superb..and it's a nice model too..not extremely bulky..a nice weight to it..i like the design oso..has FM radio and can record voices...comes with a lanyard and is wonderful for jogging..only drawback is that it has to use a cable..for connecting to pcand has only 512MBbut those are minor setbacks...plus the fact tt its a present!! :Dnow i KNOW i wont be bored to/from work.. ;)

the green man came on while the red light stopped any oncoming cars...
for some reason,
my line of sight included him
staring at me
with a grin
thought it was all in the imagination..but he was still looking
even aft we (i was wif my mum n sis) had reached the other side of the road...

today was a packed day...
started of with dressing up for the day's events..had my sis do my hair for me..u'll see how it looks lyk wen i finally get hold of the day's pictures..welll...mum wanted me to try a new style and my sis juz happened to haf a school day off..hehe
next went to haf my nails done up in an express manicure at citabella for an offer of $8..till now, my nails are the enxy of my sisters and i cld safely say tt i have had a manicure before..lolz
i suppose pple myt wonder y i was dressed so prettily...definitely not a norm for me...more so as i was headed to school for the nurhayat agm..im sure the pakcik security guard was inwardly wondering. one of the few pple who was glad for the conversation we had tt broke the monotony of guarding the school..
after taking pics at the end of the agm, had to go over to meet up wif mike n gene for dinner..spent some time chatting wif squareface before heading to Fish n Co.
ended the day with a trip to the library to borrow 2 books..a Murder, She Wrote mystery...and a Steve Berry novel, The Romanov Prophecy..the thg tt attracted me to this book initially was the link to the Anastasia movie/cartoon tt i personally like and the fact tt it is likened to Dan Brown's novels by critics sure didnt hurt...now halfway thru the book and i dare say tt im beginning to seriously love this genre of books..
the nites not getting younger and there's still more to be done...so nitez!!

I'm BACK!!! :Dover a month ago, i had gotten bored, disheartened, tired etc of blogging. thus, gone were the entries and the background image...replaced with numerous videos of songs that captured my interest.now, only one of them remain...my most favourite song... :)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~hmm, now that i'm back..where should i start?so many thgs has happened...too many to mention...certain events throughout the month had been documented in my friendster blog..but even that did not haf a detailed version..not tt i shld detail every single detail of my life..den there wont be any more secrets to tell in person now would there?? ;) oh, juz received a letter from the [insert company here] again...regarding a job interview..too bad! wont be gg for it since im oreadi accepted to [insert company here]
it was exam week this past week for my sisters and things have been hectic. plus the 'fall sick cloud' has been hovering over my family since start of the week and we're all sick. well, the female members of the family anyway...and im getting fed up with daddy dearest..haiz
