Started work. Extremely nice environment. Lotsa water features everywhere. Must try and adapt to the culture shock though.

25 Feb:
My first day of work. So far so good.

Labbit told me that niaoster looks tired and sick. She couldn't open her mouth to eat...
I packed labbit's house key into my bag and reminded myself to head his place the next day.

26 Feb:
A normal day.
Forgot all about going to labbit's house. We even went bugis for shopping.
Reached home and received labbit's sms.. "niaoster die liao".

I was shocked for a few mins.
Then tears flowed non-stop.
I called labbit....he was on the way to bury her.
I cried again when i was bathing...
and i cried again just before i went bed.
I stood at the window, praying for niaoster...... wishing that she will be in heaven.

27 Feb:
My eyes were sore, worse than pandas.

Labbit went home and found the cage door opened.
Kumster wasn't inside.
He immediately went outside and looked for her but his parents looked inside the house.

Labbit even went one floor down, although i dun think kumster is smart enough to go down (maybe he rolled).

His parents found her behind labbit's bed, covered with dust.

They also saw a moth in the toilet.
Could it be niaoster, visiting them?

28 Feb:
The $100 hard rock voucher is expiring.
It's been a long time since i last went......
It's still nice!
Labbit ordered an almost $50 steak.
*sweat*
Nice food.

Out of the 6 hammies i had so far, Niaoster is my favourite. She's cute, lady-like, photogenic and she knows how to do house-keeping! I will miss you.

I'm here again...

Finally decided to visit this site and type something here.

Was busy with interviews, nuaing at home, facebook, meeting frens, etc etc............and i'm just going to blog on whatever comes to my mind.

CNY leh! How can i miss going to chinatown...

Crowded as usual. But the weather was nice

It's disheartening and frustrating watching Liverpool matches every weekend. It's like a roller coaster ride. You get excited at every chance upfront at the goal post and will dipped into an anti-climax mode almost immediately. Not very good for heart.

Watched this twice! Once in cinema and once online and i still can't get enough of it.

AIYOH! THIS IS SO CUTE CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT ONE TOO! Not toy, i want the same one as in the movie.

ok lah, didn't laugh as much as CJ7. Most of the Mark Lee scenes are funny though.

This is one good movie.... extremely nice ending.

It's gonna be a bad year, or rather, VERY bad year for Horse in 2008. I'm prepared and going to keep a low profile if possible. This is the first time in so many years that i can celebrate Xmas, New Year and full 15 days of CNY at home. Cool!

But stress built up too.. especially when looking at the number of job ads everyday online getting lesser and lesser.

I started the CNY with a small, good thing. I sent out many sms greetings and one came back with "hey, i left NTU. Where are you now?".

And i'm grateful to how helpful she was in editing my resume, etc etc....And i'm starting work next week.

At a 'big' company which everybody hates.

I did not get my expected pay.
I did not get what i really want in the job scope.
It's not really my ideal location for work.
But.. i think i'm really a very lucky horse to find a job still. Mai complain first.

I'm gonna miss my nua life soon. Sob...

Settlers Cafe / Mind cafe

Labbit and i were at Central. Same old place, nothing much to shop.....
Labbit suddenly thought of the Settlers cafe nearby and we decided to check it out. Cannot always go mind cafe mah, right..

Not very easy to find many games for only 2 players. But the staff there are really friendly!!

Memories of 2007

It's been a long long while. July 2007 till now, what the!!!
Many have came here, left, and thinking "still bintan..."
Yah, also a lot of them asked me abt the trip and were keen to go. I'm like doing a free advertising for bintan.

Soooooooo many things had happened within this 1/2 year. Dun even know where to start. The major difference will be my job i guess.

Happenings in 2007!

Attended 7 weddings, wow.. really a good year to get married.

The MBA events are memorable for me, esp this year. We have got rankings, overseas trip and my last involment of Orientation which almost made my tears dropped...

All the happy moments with labbit, too many to list! And need i mentioned? All the movies and DVDs which we've watched, 'uncountable'. lol.
