Cars 2
We went to see the Movie "Cars 2" with our friends, the Nye's. We had a lot of fun and the movie was cute. Cannon's attitude however, was not so cute because Chon spent half the movie in the lobby and I spent part of the rest of the time chasing him around. However, he was good the first hour while the popcorn was fresh. All in all, we had a great day. Thanks Troy, Brandy, and boys for a fun time!
Cannon and Tre. Tre is such a funny boy, he keeps me laughing all the time!

Happy Father's Day
Hopefully everyone had a great Father's Day! I am grateful for the fathers in my life...A wonderful dad who raised me to be hard working, do things right, and have fun. He really is the hardest working person that I know! He can't sit still!! I love and appreciate my dad for everything he does for us. If we mention anything that needs to be done around the house, he's over here helping! He has been a great help and resource with ANY project that we have! Love you Dad!
Also, I am so grateful for an awesome dad for my kiddos! They are so lucky to have him. Chon is a totally involved dad and is the fun parent for sure! He is so good at sitting down and playing with the kids. He is always so proud of his kids! I appreciate all the sacrifices he makes for our family. Love you Babe!

Top 20 Dance Recital
The girls had their Spring Dance Recital. It was the 20th Anniversary of Rhythm Works Dance so it was pretty special. They brought back some dances and dancers from the past and spotlighted their favorite moments. It was really nice. Cambrie and Conlie were absolutely beautiful and they danced their little hearts out. It is so fun to see the results of all the hard work they have done all year. Great job girls!!
This is a demonstration that I need a new camera and a photography class because the dance pics are terrible but it's the best I could do :)
Cambrie Right back
Conlie middle (pointing). Its really hard to see but she has this funny little facial expression because the older dancers do all the expressions in their dance and she tries to do it too.
Cons...don't know why she's doing a different step than the other girls but it's good to be your own person right??

Trip to the Hogle Zoo
We decided to take a trip to the Hogle Zoo with our friends the Larsens. Kristy was watching Ellie and Kiptyn and also her neices so we had quite a few kiddos between two moms but we had a great time. The kids had a blast and it was so nice because it wasn't very hot so the zoo didn't have too much of the infamous smells!!
Notice the kids in their sweet sunglasses now that they finally can wear them!!

No More Glasses!!
Cooper and Cambrie took a big step and got contacts. With sports and dance, it has been difficult for them with the glasses. Cooper has been asking for a couple years and we have been nervous but finally felt like it was time so we got their eyes checked and of course, they were getting worse so we either needed new glasses or try out contacts. We hadn't even discussed it with Cam but the doctor asked her if she wanted to try them and she went ahead and did. It took about 20 or 30 minutes to get them in the first time but they did it! I am so proud of them. That's a hard thing to do. They are loving them!! It's different seeing them without glasses but it's nice to see their beautiful eyes!!

Carver's Cove Baby Animal Days
Mindi and Matt invited us to go along to Carver's Cove to see the animals. It was a perfect day to go because the weather was Gorgeous and there were tons of brand new little animals. It was a lot of fun and the kids had a blast! Thanks for inviting us!!!
These pigs were SO cute! The term "squealing like a pig" was sure fitting today. These little piglets were just fighting and climbing all over each other to get to the food!
This little baby goat was just born a couple days ago. Her mom had to be put down so they had to bottle feed it. Cannon kept calling it a "goggy" (doggy).
