Mastering of Belachan Chilli

This week i learn the recipe of Belachan chilli from dad... His belachan chilli is the 2nd best compared to my grandma's..

Those whom are interested can follow my guideline as per below:

Ingredients :


Chilli Padi, Belacan, grinder


Stir frying of the Belachan till its thoroughly cooked..


Grind both the chilli & belachan till its fine..


And its Done!!!

Easy to make...Challenge of next week is He bi Hiam...

The above are all eaten by me!!! wat a glutton!! But all are good food!! hard to resist!!

Look forward to going there again soon..

At this rate that i am eating , i will be a fat bride!! i need liposelection!

Updates of my life..

Work Life : I am back with Transocean once again on 19 April 2010.. I am so happy.. This is where my best working memories are...Good boss, colleagues, benefits...Where on earth can you find another company that offer 4.5 days work a week! I know some company do lah..but i did not get in mah..so to me this is the best..It's good for me as i have plans to start a family and i will have more time..although the half day don't mean a great deal lah.. Although the pay is ideal but could be better...heehee... i went back with a different role..doing more into HR work..like recruitment,payroll...i am happy with this new role..i know i can learn loads from here...

Love Life : Dear has been great..taking small steps in changes..doing small things to make me happy..like..being more proactive,reactive,loving..8 more mths to getting married..quite anxious as time is running short.. i have made reservations for my restaurant, studio,photographers,montage...therefore all i have to do now is to get my ass off to the gym and slim down!!! i have been so lazy!!

Finance : This part of my life sucks..bills and debts.. debts are the $$ that i lost on Mahjong table! cant believe that i lose $800 in this month alone.. i am going to chop my hands off to prevent me from going to MJ! i will go for less MJ session this year..that's my resolution!


Overall : Heaven has been fair to me with a good husband to be,great health,great work life!

Random ** 2010..

Started my 1st blog post on the 7th Day of CNY!

As my topic is random..so i will be talking on all things that i can think of now..

1. The start of the year is not smooth for me though..change a job and i hate that shitty place with a shitty bitch..Therefore i quit! Now i am jobless..
2. No steamboat for this year..so its something different..
3. Spend the last 6 days of CNY gambling, gambling and gambling..shuttle between Mahjong and Casino..had some luck in Casino..went there for 2 times with pals..Mahjong as usual..some luck as well..
4. I need a job! but at the same time i need a long rest..haha.. * purely lazy *
5. Now awaiting for the result for the HDB balloting..hope i dun get it cos i need to wait for 6 years! and for the 6 years where can i stay!If i didnt get the ballot, den i will get a resale house..but all flats need cash upfront! therefore i am damn vexed over this issue!
6. Trying to get hold of Hans to do my caricature but he didn't reply...hope he reply soon..
7. Attending Debbie's wedding on 27th Feb 2010 at Villa Halia..
