Met up with Shufen yesterday and our first stop was to check out the Nonya Bazzar at SMU. Was having a hard time find the exact location as we never thought it will be held at the basement at first. It was quite bustling and there were quite a few stalls selling those nonya food, kuehs. Smells so delicious! So tempted to try some of them but to my dismay - some of the food was spicy. Arghh... if i wasn't sick, I would have buy some and eat on the spot. To get well soon - I must control control n control . :(Ohh, we saw David Tao at Orchard Central by chance! I ain't kidding wor! Hahaa
That's 93.3 DJ - Pei Fen! She's so slim and petite in person.
Since we are around the area, so we waited for a while to catch a glimpse of him! Surprisingly the crowd of this "qian ming hui" was just a small crowd. I was wondering is it the publicity of this activity wasn't done enough or wat. He's considered one of the popular, well-known big shot in the current chinese industry and he had won quite a no. of awards as well. Hmm, or could it be his fame diminishing as he aged?
For a 40 yrs old guy, he sure still maintain himself in good shape. Apparently he will be holding a concert here in Singapore on the 8th Jan 2010 and after that he will be focusing his attention to the movie industry and wont be cutting an ablum so soon. (Been listening to Peifen repeating all these details so many times untill I can memorise unknowingly -_-".)

I ordered a mango tart for myself and Shufen ordered a banana one. The tarts at Fruit Paradise are yummy but full of cream. Sinful! I simply love the rose bud tea over there too. Light fragrant tea taste! Hahaa...
Before heading back home, went to take some photos at the xmas tree near ION. Love the purple lighting decoration!
