Guilty Confession

So I just hired a sitter so I can go exercise 3 days a week--on top of Karen who still comes for at least a date night once a week. I feel a little guilty about it, but I'm really loving it too! The big kids are at school, Hannah's asleep and Wyatt gets a one on one playmate so it's not so bad--that's my justification.

So now I get to run/bike on trails like this and it feels great!

Beautiful trails, quiet and fresh air. I just get to think my own thoughts. I don't even like to listen to music. I just like the rhythm of my breath to calm my frazzled mind.  I come home prepared and wanting to be a better mom.

On side note-- I love where I live. Limitless trails right out my front door. We're incredibly blessed to get to play beautiful outdoors.

And sorry to all Hoopes getting these posts emailed to them. This is really a journal for myself--I'll quit having it sent to you.

Hannah's First Real Tubby

Last night Hannah took he first real tubby with Wyatt. I think they both liked the event. Thankfully Wyatt's so sweet to her all the time, he terrorizes the rest of us, but he loves the baby girl. He calls her "Baby Brother" because I always tell him to say " Hi, Baby, I'm your big brother." But he just says, "Hi Baby Brother." I try to explain it to him, but he insists she's Baby Brother and he's Wyatt.

Hannah's 2 Month

Today we went to Hannah's two month check-up and she's the picture of health and very long! We're mighty grateful for this little pookie bear. It's amazing I get anything done with all these kissy parts.

She smiles, wiggles, sticks pretty much her whole fist in her mouth, squeals and does this little cough laugh. Needless to say she's pretty fun. I think we'll keep her.

Did You Know...

...that you can email posts to your blog? I may be late to the game, but I'm so excited because I rarely make it to my computer, but I always have my phone on me. So sorry world, but the posts are going to come a lot more often.
