I am damn damn tired......
been working alot of OT recently... finally understood and experience politic... oh man...really the back stab, the ranks etc etc.. come on.. haiz... sick of those ppl...really the dark side in the corporate world.....

Sang for all 3 days.. awesome..The revelation of the cross and communion ... the love of the china ppl towards God...the love of Jesus ...
spend some time with Shan... really enjoy that talk we hada at the esso shop... eating our maggie and sharing our life there :) its worth all the cabs... hahaha.

Mass Blog again ...
well.. been busy so update at home lo.. nw then load.. hee.. i need to change my interface !!!

Oh man… I am 23 le !!! haha.. well, a lot of thought went pass my mind… a lot of things happen…
This yr to date, I have learnt of God faithfulness and mercy … Indeed He is good and loves me no matter what. We thought that God would not love after we fall under His mark. Bt the truth is, He STILL love…. As the bible wrote, a veil was uncovered and I see God. Who He really is… of course, pls do not take God for granted becos of this . the motive is very important. He can accept and will forgive when we fall due to the flesh but He will never accept when we willfully sin again and again.. (the so call crazy grace)
The so many ppl around me getting into love and attach seems to have afflicted me to a certain degree. I do feel lonely t times. Wanting that special some one in my life. But (esp after what pst Derek said) , I really feel that its one item I have to admit and pray about it and lift to God to arrange and chose . Haha its part of a person needs mah, esp when u get older and start receiving lots of Red Cards…Some of my friends even got baby le wo.. haha… but these things cannot be rushed. So take a step at a time…
And I love Jacky Cheung!!! He is coming to Singapore . If not I have promised AA to go for Andy’s concert this yr, I would have gone for Jacky’s concert!!! Would some one be nice enough to bless me ?? hahaha.. I pray … hahaha

Updates again….
Yap,,, shaked hand with Jacky cheung. Cannot imgaine I actually went to Q . oh man… firsttime in my life,apart from Sun’s .But he is really nice lo. He gave u a very comfortable feel, not proud or u know , hae those air ….but rather very humble and sincere. He is not charismatic or what but very down to earth guy. Very simple …very ordinary…. Maybe that’s why so many ppl like him also.. and he is where he is by his hardwork and his good voice… not looks or dance or etc…will continue to support him :)
Cannot wait for Benny Hinn to come . went for choir prac and been listerning to the CD almost every day… I just get more and more excited.. or cos not for him but for God… to touch me again … for His presence that seems to consume me…But I do understand that it is even more important to bring down that presence on ur own quiet time.. trying hard still….to wait upon Him ….
Hmm… I need to go back to the basic of praying, fasting ,waiting and obedience …. Basic requirement I would say,….
You are all that I want,

Obedience is better then sacrifise……..To hear what He got to say and obey it …

Oh man.. damn sleepy right now. Woke up for the meeting at 830!!! Can u imagine.. haha.. need to wake up earlier !!! cannot always so late lah.. man…
Went Hans with mic they all.. nice catch up since its been some time that we last meet up… Thanks may may for the special gift J Nice ….
Went kopi-in with nic-ole… lol… ok, he is going to kill me for this . haha. I just cannot sleep mah. OH NO !!! too use to sleeping late and hanging out.. cannot !!! hahaha. I must live a NORMAL life.. haha….
Some how my daddy and me still have some generation gap… lol. And I cannot imagine that I actually say those things to him.. But I really feel that I should. Seriously say, I do not share my stuff with my daddy . Even my bro, only some stuff would I ask him. As for the rest leh, I use to talk to me “doggy” . haha. My friends leh… some stuff bah… but truth is , I keep to myself a lot. Thank God He came into my life…. Now I can talk to Him… but of course I am learning to share with my daddy lah… told him that if I have any one I like or like me and I am interested, I will tell him … haha.. cos I also feel that I am soon coming to this age le.. where daddy will concern whether I got BF or not lah… he is ssssssssssssssooooooooooo worried for my bro lo.. haha. Went for prayer meetying yesterday.. Real gd . And its really true that as our church move on to impacting AND embracing the world(not approving their lifestyle but loving them the same), we really need to built up our spiritual life and go to another level. If not, the things in the world would start to fall upon and even weight us down... Moreover, we are fighting even more (in term of spirit realm) .So we have to built our inner man..
I need to pray more too !!
Also, today AFV BS also reflect the same msg.. Oh man.Indeed we are in the End time !!!

Had a nice dinner with may last night. She brought me flowers. Thanks to tian and qi too J just some simple meals. Had some talk with Liyu online. and she gave me the link to Joe Princle MySpace !!! And he act cute inside lo L haha. Spolit my cool cool guy image. But he is still SOOOOOOOO cute. Haha. Maybe better and more fun then being cool cool.
Just realize that AA actually has a blog !!! its super private one lah. I should make another blog with my private things inside bah… my blog use to be a secret one where I wrote songs to God, tell him how I feel….but now… not so much le.I did share but not totally…. Maybe I really should have another separate one…

Of course as leaders, we would need to learn to deal with it while keeping the person name confidential and as tactful as possible. And of course, to do it the Jesus way :)

Many people have become masters at avoiding or distorting the truth, because they refuse to confront others over their sin. It seems as though many Christians play a game with each other. Weve all heard the phrase “there is honor’among thieves.” Well, theres that “false honor” among Christians, as well. Its an unspoken understanding that says, “Were not going to discuss the real issues. And as long as all of us do not discuss the real issues, the real issues dont exist.”
A“real issue” existed, however, for John the Baptist. Having confronted the leader for his sinful relationship with his brothers wife (and a long list of additional transgressions), just as Jesus ministry began, Herod the tetrarch decided to shut away John in prison.
John, you see, had no experience in avoiding or distorting the truth—walking in love for John meant to repent from sin! And as the daylight was slowly eclipsed by the darkness of the dungeon, by doing what was right through loyalty to the commandments of God, John knew that he ultimately possessed eternal favor from Heaven.
Many times we fool ourselves and call it walking in love, not realizing we consent to another's spiritual demise. So don't overlook someone else's sin in the name of loyalty. Confront their sin and help them walk free from the chains that bind them.

Thanks to all who message me. Appreciated J really surprise by the number of ppl who remembers. Even those that I am not that close. And sad to say, I don’t even remember some of their bdae :x…all my STM fault mah… sorry.. ooopppsss.
Meeting may for dinner later J My Bro is very cute also… just msg and told me to get the heels I wanted and he will foot the bill . WOOO. I told him one heels is too cheap for him. Hahahahaha.
Meeting shan and the rest on the 29/1…looking forward to it.
Its my second wk at my new dept. Enjoy it more as the people are fun and they will make you feel welcome and at home..Went for lunch just now. Feel more in a department then before. Not that the previous one is not good. Just that they stick around with their group too much and left the rest out of it.Looking forward to my new portfolio too J
Just now Joanna talk to me abt my job… she advise me to think carefully what I want to study. But truth is, I am not sure which area i really wanted to go into. She did advise going into marketing as well.. but sometimes, you do not have the choice to where you want to be. Likewise, when asked why am I not working in what I studied.. its because there were no opportunity for it.. if not, why would I wanted to waste my time away studing some thing not related.
Haiz… think I should just go into it and don’t consider too much bah…

Went AAhouse to stay till till sun as her parents are not around and her mum wanted me to take good care of her too.. So, nothing much lo.. watch tv together,accompany her, have dinner etc.get the ppl to join us for mahjong session on sat night. Ting join us as well. Been so long since I last saw her man… we played till morning 7 and slack around ,crapping away.. haha
Truth is, I miss her … haha.Its been some time since I spend such time with her alone.. Both of us had been busy with things..
Realise that she had grown up. She is more mature and understanding. Things had not been easy for her and she had been strong and been a good warrior. Told her before that I would want to help her to carry together but I know I cannot. I can only stay by her and help her and pray and listern…
God, I can only leave her to ur hands… Jia you wo..

Went home and rest before going to Macy one month party. She is so cute.. hahaha… Adorable and look so much like her mummy. Congrats to Tony and Sher Ling.:) Can see that Tony really dote on her. Haha…Welcome to fatherhood. Haha. The love of a Father…..
Suppose to go home to sleep but ended up at PS with miss Mah Junior. Haha. Nice time we spend shopping together nd also eating our beloved dou hua. Should spend more time with the rest this wayJ

Sometimes we just need to be reminded!
A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20.00 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?" Hands started going up. He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this. He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill. He then asked, "Who still wants it?" Still the hands were up in the air. Well, he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. "Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air. My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.
Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you.

Hope it won rain later. Suppose to go to the gym but my friend fly me aeroplane. so i plan to go run after my meal :P i will not give myself any more excuse not to run. althought its true that i am on medication and been sick, and also injured my back. but there must be a starting point right. so here i go.. hee. Hopfully i won injured my back again... maybe i should go morning run with my bro. haha. i need to wake up earlier !! starting is hard i think. haha

well... christmas is over. Had a tired week .In office right now... haiz.. been sick :( my stomach is weak perhaps due to the last "food poisoning " . Thus did not go for the zone leaders dinner .gotten MC and went home to ZZZ. Haiz... better now but still hurt abit. donno why. the medicine don seems to work. And i have been eating lo.!!! donno lah...
Yesterday was chatting with some one close to my heart. haiz... I just pray that i can have more time for all...
Seriously speaking, will i not pick up ur call or talk to u when u call me.. no lo.. but i just have my stuff to do.. it seems 24 hr , 7 days a wk is not enough for me.. :(

This is something we should all practice with out hesitance
He almost didn't see the old lady, stranded on the side of the road, but even in the dim light of day, he could see she needed help So he pulled up in front of her Mercedes and got out. His Pontiac was still sputtering when he approached her.Even with the smile on his face, she was worried. No one had stopped to help for the last hour or so. was he going to hurt her? He didn't look safe; he looked poor and hungry.He could see that she was frightened, standing out there in the cold .He knew how she felt. It was that chill which only fear can put in you.
He said, "I'm here to help you, ma'am. Why don't you wait in the car where it's warm? By the way, my name is Bryan Anderson."Well, all she had was a flat tire, but for an old lady, that was bad enough. Bryan crawled under the car looking for a place to put the jack,skinning his knuckles a time or two. Soon he was able to change the tire.But he had to get dirty and his hands hurt.As he was tightening up the lug nuts, she rolled down the window and began to talk to him. She told him that she was from St. Louis and was only just passing through. She couldn't thank him enough for coming to her aid.Bryan just smiled as he closed her trunk.
The lady asked how much she owed him. Any amount would have been all right with her. She already imagined all the awful things that could have happened had he not stopped. Bryan never thought twice about being paid. This was not a job to him. This was helping someone in need, and God knows there were plenty who had given him a hand in the past. He had lived his whole life that way, and it never occurred to him to act any other way.He told her that if she really wanted to pay him back, the next time she saw someone who needed help, she could give that person the assistance they needed, and Bryan added, "And think of me."He waited until she started her car and drove off. It had been a cold and depressing day, but he felt good a s he headed for home, disappearing into the twilight.
A few miles down the road the lady saw a small cafe. She went in to grab a bite to eat, and take the chill off before she made the last leg of her trip home. It was a dingy looking restaurant. Outside were two old gas pumps. The whole scene was unfamiliar to her. The waitress came over and brought a clean towel to wipe her wet hair. she had a sweet smile, ne that even being on her feet for the whole day couldn't erase.The lady noticed the waitress was nearly eight months pregnant, but he never let the strain and aches change her attitude.
The old lady wondered how someone who had so little could be so giving to a tranger. Then she remembered Bryan .ter the lady finished her meal, she paid with a hundred dollar bill.The waitress quickly went to get change for her hundred dollar bill,but the old lady had slipped right out the door. She was gone by the time the waitress came back The waitress wondered where the lady could be. Then she noticed something written on the napkin. There were tears in her eyes when she read what the lady wrote: "You don't owe me anything. I have been there too.Somebody once helped me out, the way I'm helping you. If you really want to pay me back, here is what you do: don't let this chain of love end with you."Under the napkin were four more $100 bills.
Well, there were tables to clear, sugar bowls to fill, and people to serve, but the waitress made it through another day. That night when she got home from work and climbed into bed, she was thinking about the money and what the lady had written. How could the lady have known how much she and her husband needed it? well... christmas is over. Had a tired week .In office right now... haiz.. been sick :( my stomach is weak perhaps due to the last "food poisoning " . Thus did not go for the zone leaders dinner .gotten MC and went home to ZZZ. Haiz... better now but still hurt abit. donno why. the medicine don seems to work. And i have been eating lo.!!! donno lah...
Yesterday was chatting with some one close to my heart. haiz... I just pray that i can have more time for all...

at work right now. waiting for time to pass and for the clock to strike at 6 :)
Really bored at work.My transfer approved but now awaiting for HR to take action. And those HR are always taking their own sweet time. good ness me. That's why i really hestitate to go into HRM... Any way, still struggling with the decision to take business management instead of counselling. Alot of ppl would agree that couselling sound more like me.Haha. But seriously, i do not know. Business Management sound more practical .But it seems that my heart beats with counselling.. :( Any way, i need to pray over it. Keep me in prayers as well ok .
Looking forward to the trip to Thailand. in another 2 mth ?? haha...

There is a father-son combination that is like none I have ever heard of. In 1962, Dick and Judy Hoyt gave birth to their son Rick. When Rick was born, the umbilical cord was caught around his neck, cutting off air supply to his brain. The Hoyts were told Rick would be in a vegetative state for the rest of his life. Luckily, the Hoyts disagreed. In 1972, Rick was given a computer that would help him write out his thoughts, and three years later was admitted into public school. A few years later, Rick told his dad that he wanted to participate in a 5k race for a local athlete who was paralyzed in an accident. His father agreed to push his wheelchair in the race. Since then, Rick and Dick – known as Team Hoyt – have competed in over 900 events, including 64 marathons and over 200 triathlons.
So why does this father run, swim and ride with his disabled son through all these events? Because the day they finished their first 5k, his son said through his computer, ``Dad, when we were running, it felt like I wasn't disabled anymore.'' Dick wasn’t a runner, a swimmer or a biker before those words were said. He was simply a father who loved his son unconditionally. He was a father who wanted his son to feel like he could fly. The love of this father is amazing!
We too have a Father who loves us unconditionally and calls us His children. All of us grow up with different situations with our earthly fathers. Some people have fathers who coach Little League. Some have never met their fathers. Some fathers are workaholics, while others are alcoholics. Some people view their fathers as heroes; others view their fathers as villains. But, our Father in heaven is perfect. He loves us unconditionally, cares for us, knows what’s best for us and gives without asking for anything in return. He walks alongside us every step of life’s journey, its joys and its trials, never leaving us alone. Your Father in heaven withholds no good thing from you. I try to be a good father. Give my kids mulligans. Work nights to pay for their text messaging. Take them to swimsuit shoots.
But compared with Dick Hoyt, I suck.
Eighty-five times he's pushed his disabled son, Rick, 26.2 miles in marathons. Eight times he's not only pushed him 26.2 miles in a wheelchair but also towed him 2.4 miles in a dinghy while swimming and pedaled him 112 miles in a seat on the handlebars--all in the same day.
Dick's also pulled him cross-country skiing, taken him on his back mountain climbing and once hauled him across the U.S. on a bike. Makes taking your son bowling once a year look a little lame, right?
And what has Rick done for his father? Not much - except save his life!
This love story began in Winchester , Mass. , 43 years ago, when Rick was strangled by the umbilical cord during birth, leaving him brain-damaged and unable to control his limbs.
"He'll be a vegetable the rest of his life" Dick says doctors told him and his wife, Judy, when Rick was nine months old. "Put him in an Institution."
But the Hoyts weren't buying it. They noticed the way Rick's eyes followed them around the room. When Rick was 11 they took him to the engineering department at Tufts University and asked if there wasanything to help the boy communicate. "No way," Dick says he was told. "There's nothing going on in his brain."
"Tell him a joke," Dick countered. They did. Rick laughed. Turns out a lot was going on in his brain. Rigged up with a computer that allowed him to control the cursor by touching a switch with the side of his head, Rick was finally able to communicate. First words? "Go Bruins!" [Boston's icehockey team]. And after a high school classmate was paralyzed in an accident and the School organized a charity run forhim, Rick pecked out, "Dad, I want To do that."
Yeah, right. How was Dick, a self-described "porker" who never ran more than a mile at a time, going to push his son five miles? Still, he tried. "Then it was me who was handicapped," Dick says. "I was sore for two weeks."
That day changed Rick's life. "Dad," he typed, "when we were running, it felt like I wasn't disabled anymore!"
And that sentence changed Dick's life. He became obsessed with giving Rick that feeling as often as he could. He got into such hard-belly shape that he and Rick were ready to try the 1979 Boston Marathon.
"No way," Dick was told by a race official. The Hoyts weren't quite a single runner, and they weren't quite a wheelchair competitor. For a few years Dick and Rick just joined the massive field and ran anyway, then they found a way to get into the race Officially: In 1983 they ran another marathon so fast they made the Qualifying time for Boston the following year.
Then somebody said, "Hey, Dick, why not a triathlon?"
How's a guy who never learned to swim and hadn't ridden a bike since he was six going to haul his 110-pound kid through a triathlon? Still, Dick tried.
Now they've done 212 triathlons, including four grueling 15-hour Ironmans in Hawaii . It must be a buzzkill to be a 25-year-old stud getting passed by an old guy towing a grown man in a dinghy, don't you think?
Hey, Dick, why not see how you'd do on your own? "No way," he says.
Dick does it purely for "the awesome feeling" he gets seeing Rick with a cantaloupe smile as they run, swim and ride together.
This year, at ages 65 and 43, Dick and Rick finished their 24th Boston Marathon, in 5,083rd place out of more than 20,000 starters. Their best time? Two hours, 40 minutes in 1992--only 35 minutes off the world record, which, in case you don't keep track of these things, happens to be held by a guy who was not pushing another man in a wheelchair at the time.
"No question about it," Rick types. "My dad is the Father of the Century."
And Dick got something else out of all this too. Two years ago he had a mild heart attack during a race. Doctors found that one of his arteries was 95% clogged. "If you hadn't been in such great shape," One doctor told him, "you probably would've died 15 years ago." So, in a way, Dick and Rick saved each other's life.
Rick, who has his own apartment (he gets home care) and works in Boston, and Dick, retired from the military and living in Holland, Mass. , always find ways to be together. They give speeches around the country and compete in some backbreaking race every weekend, including this Father's Day.

In office right now... been real bored these few days ....shall updates some stuff.
last thu went for pst make up cg. really good. Indeed its pastor :) mainly adults with children. And it really the first time i had been in a cg with children in it. Children who will cry during cg etc etc.. haha. an eye opener .As it is still early, we (wai me and ta ) manage to get peggy (she stays there) to join us for "kopi" .ended up the session with food food and food.Eugene came down as well with his unstyled hair. hahahaha.Funny but he look more refreshing without those gel stuff.Ta went back first and we continue to stay.. chatted till 1230 !! And we had to part.
had not chill out with peggy and wai for such longgggg time. really enjoy it despite i have to take a cab...Reach home about 1 am and ta already slept ( its her bdae :P) .
ON fri , i had a good rest at home before going to Vivo to grap my mac breakfast. Thanks God they still have it at 11 plus.. haha. Ate it and suppose to find a place at vivo roof top to read my book and spend some time with Him.. but no "ideal" place leh. too bad... i start exploring and ended up on a ship !!! Yes, its a ship. There is this international book fair ( held on this ship ) .So i went to take a look. and lo and behold , i am suck there .haha. They were playing christians music like Hill song, CCC etc. oh my ^-^ and the books were cheap !!! Unwillingly i only get two bks as they only accept cash :( One is God is near by max lucado and the other is about teenager gals problem...forget the name . had started the book by Max lucado. Nice :) it just draw u to Jesus. Not what He can do.. but who He is . God, yet human... and it cost only 8 bucks !!!Meet ta after 4 to go eat.Went to get her bdae persent before we go back to vivo to eat since she had not been there. She reommended me the BakersInn which offers pasta and cakes, desserts etc. I had some vuwdfwefwveu clam pasta.(forget the name). The base is from white wine with some herbs. it is slightly spicy. Anita Seafood Aglio olio did not turn out as nice but my dish turn out awesome :) Eventually she started aiming my dish . haha. She had her sumatra cake while i had some chocolate cake as well.Sorry, no photos.. haha.Chance upon this shop which is rather affoordable price. Imagine a dress at 40 bucks lo.. while top shop sell the similiar one for 80 plus. Would got there one day to grap a dress for my upcoming weddings for my friends. haiz.. so many getting married. i am sure getting old :( Anita pampered herself with a shirt she found there. Nice and cool :P
be going for some facial with her soon .Its a shop open by jia ling aunt...looking forward to it :)
Sat church is awesome . Pastor kong is really getting charming. haha. He just have that aura around him. Oh my...Anita remarked that pastor look like Andy lau from certain angle. Oh my.Sun must be happy. haha well, all out pastor are getting younger, handsome, prettier and the whole church is following after as well. really cannot imagine thats me in the photo the other day. sooooo toooooot. lol we have indeed all grown up...more prosperous,more outstanding,more creative...
Stayed at home sun to clean up my stuff.Haha. i get so fed up with my dad that i start throwing away my stuff. And the best thing is that, i am scolding and niaming while i clean up. I am not some one who can keep things within me. i will just erupt. Thus i will niam . but niam too much will result in qurrel. so i can only vent it that way. i remember that i use to talk to "doggy" abt my stuff... haha. And my bro is such a poor thing. He have to bear with me shouting and scolding into the air.Thus he offere to get some ice cream for me. And he is gone for almost an hour(just to get peppermint ice cream). By the end of the day, when the things are clean and nice and order, i am satisfied.haha. When i am upset or happy ,apart from eating chocolate ,i tend to like to do cleaning too. Something good too. haha. Keep my house clean. :)
Tue went for prayer meeting. Nice one. Very inspired by what pastor say. Especially the part of Pst Ulf .He was in singapore and instead of sight seeing and relaxing, he actually went to the lands that we are "aiming" and prayer walk. Oh man.. who would do that ? esp its not your church some more. He is some one who will do that. Indeed he is a man of God...Praying for others... And after a week of prayer, he will tell pastopr Kong about what the Lord had speak to him about the land. Indeed he is in the natural , yet living in the supernatural at the same time. The truth is, as we are working hard and penetrating the marketplace. Even more do we need to pray like never before, to be in the spirit like never before... Indeed God is bring City Harvest to another level with Him.. Lets all rise up in our spiritual life as well .Christopher also shared that we need to learn to guard our heart . How true. its not automatic... but an effort is maked to hang on there, to wait upon Him when nothing seems to happen. Its that stepping out, that extra move, that hanging on that touches God's heart and cause Him to look upon you. It is said that God look tho and fro for some one whose heart is after Him...He is watching...
now in office.. back from lunch and that medical talk.. Got a converse gym bag :( wanted to get one long time ago and it happen to be sale mah...i got one with a mixture of grey and pink color.feeling giddy today...counting down...2 hrs more to HOME
