Time....

Where has the time gone. It's the beginning of March, Jay and I just celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary and I can't believe it. It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the start of our lives together. Then we found out about little Jaelee and now we are planning her first birthday. This little baby girl is the highlight of my day. No matter what kind of mood Jay and I are in, she always manages to get us to smile and laugh. She does an old lady face that is to die for! She toddles into the room after me, usually holding a remote or dvd. She will do any and everything you do, and man can this girl sleep. I love this little girl and the "Joy" she brings to our lives!

9 Months

Today my little Jaelee Joy is 9 months old! Where did the time go? It seemed like only yesterday she was born, screaming and hungry all the time. Now she laughs, smiles, plays Peek-a-boo, learning to wave, is about to walk and getting a tooth. She is the light of our lives and I can't believe I've given life to such a beautiful baby. I know one day when she's 18 she won't remember the times she snuggled me on the couch, the open mouth drool kisses she gives me and the joy she has brought to our lives. I cherish every moment I have with her. My sweet Jaelee Joy, when you're older and able to read this. I want you to know how much your daddy and I love you.

Hello all you wonderful people! It has been a while, but I'm back! Our little Jaelee is growing up so fast. She's standing on her own and takes small steps. She's crawling, and boy is she fast. She says mamamamamama over and over again when she see's Jay and I. Apparently we are both mama and Jay says he's fine with that! Jaelee is such a happy girl and she will smile at anyone who looks at her. She wants everyone to hold her, which makes awkward moments in a store when I don't want a stranger holding my baby! Jay just got more responsibility at his job. He has switched offices and will now be overseeing the lot. He's not thrilled about it but it is part of the job. I am also loving my job working up there with him. His office is now where I work so I get to see him lots and lots and I love it! Love you all!

Colorado!!

I went to Colorado a few weeks ago and I took some fun pictures!!! I tried my hand at some photography!!! I love my dearest sister Jennifer and her wonderful family for having me! I had so much fun!

Just an update

I'm so bad about blogging but here is an update on whats going on with us. We had a wonderful weekend with some friends, carved pumpkins, dressed up, went for dinner. It was just so much fun. The first one is Jays, (His very first time carving a pumpkin) The second one is mine and the third is both of them.




This is Kristina, We had a blast, she was a ghost/zombie thing and I was a zombie!


Jay and I were just zombies, kinda creey and scary, but we had leftover paint from last year and just decided to use it up!

CHRISTMAS!!!

Jay and I are very excited about coming home for Christmas. We have been looking foward to it for a while now and can't wait. We went to the lights at Temple Square the other night with Jay's grandparents! It was a lot of fun!

I'm still here (The Kid)

So We're still here and alive! Nothing new just a quick update, !! Jay is still working 2 jobs! 1 at Enterprise and the other at the cafe. I'm still at Lashbrook we have big clients coming in tomorrow so everyone is stressed about that! We bought new curtains last week and are very very excited about that. Jay has his mission reunion so we have an old mission companion and wife staying with us this weekend, but I won't be there for half of it. Over all things are good. We love and miss you all very very much!!!

VEGAS!!!!!!!!!

Jay and I went on an exciting adventure to Vegas over Christmas!! And boy was that fun! Here are lots of random pics. I'll write a little just explaining whats going on!!! Enjoy

IT'S 2009 YAY!

SO THIS IS A FUNNY STORY! This is the MGM Grand. We wandered in thinking we could pass through the hotel and keep warm to keep walking down the strip. WRONGO. In the middle of a heat storm in there we got lost in a flood of Asians! Not kidding some famous singer to them was singing there and we were walking through the second it got out. They were coming right at us. We followed another white couple through the crowd, they were leading the way and pushing asians out of the way so we followed. Well when we got to the end of the Hotel thinking we were in the clear, THERE WAS NO EXIT TO BE FOUND. Thats right we had to force our way through the asian mob once again. the total time in the MGM being lost: 1 hour 30 Minutes. NUTS I KNOW.

We ate on top of the world. seriously. The resturant on top of the Stratospere. it was so nice and so much fun. It rotates so that you can see all of the city!!!

We had a lot of fun in Vegas. We got a free nights stay because the water was cold one day!!! That is definately the city that never sleeps!!!!
