When CNY becomes like any other day

CNY 2012 had turned into like any other day or a sian day for me. Finally? I had seen it coming... this usually happened after the death of the most senior/respectable ppl in the family.

My paternal side had stopped all the house-visiting and chinese customs for quite some time liao, but still have some mini gathering. It was really mini. In short, it happened because A doesnt get along B, B doesnt get along with everybody, C doesnt get along with A hate B and nag at D, D hate A B and C for getting more money than him. And there was also a prediction before all these. My elder grandaunt said that once she passed away, the relationship between the families will tear apart, and in did.

Well, now it happened to my maternal side family as well. After the death of ah zhor (great grandma), ppl start to MIA from CNY liao... but not as quick as the paternal side, which is like "SUDDEENLY". this year, due to some arguments between the "grand" levels, they decided "since u dun want to come, den i dun go also!" Wth right? The age of all these grand aunt, grand uncle and my ahma is like a few hundred years old liao, and yet they act like pri sch kid. Now, there is such a big diff to my income from ang pows... This year de cny house visiting is like so short, and I have been ending earlier each year. Thankfully, there's still bits of CNY feel when our very own family gather at ahma's house. As usual, ahma will prepare scrumptious food for all of us. Her beehoon, the chap-chai and those lor food.... yummy yummy~ but there's no curry this year *sadded* Oh!!! Coincidentally, all of us were in ang-ang (red/pink) this year!! didnt manage to take a family photo due to the fact that all of them were born with "shy" genes, but i still manage to get a spy-shot on our way up to ahma's house. (Please note that not all were in this pic, limited spy capability)



Becoz of damn short CNY event, a few of us decided to go guan yin temple to pray. Omg! I must tell ya that the idioms "people mountain people sea" can really described the whole scene! The usual guan yin miao is already crowded, but during cny seasons, all these people are crazy. Machiam like the crowd are evacuating into the temple due to destruction of some dark forces. The police forces even need fences to control the crowds.





Anyway, guess i shouldn't expect too much from cny next year liao, except for the goodies and short "holiday breaks"...

FT island 的 “f 式” 魅力

感谢 “无心人” 的有心及他的幸运之神，某某有机会亲眼目睹及体验另一韩国团体的风采。

他们的演唱功力，他们的有趣对话，真是让在场的大家都疯狂。虽然不能近距离的观看他们，但 hongki 的穿透力歌声，还是传到了某某的耳里。一整晚的欢呼 及 随着韵律摇摆 都把某某搞的筋疲力尽。当然一部份的“功劳”都是 那特嗮的艳阳惹出来的。因为等待进入会场的当而，太阳都把我嗮得快虚脱了。

演唱会虽把气氛搞的很 ，但某某仍有些失望，就是没机会购买那 yellow cape... 主办单位也真有够傻的！就只带了那么十件来！可能真的是“有缘五份”！

期待下一次的现场聆听~

Time to say goodbye

Gonna say goodbye to my bed soon... after about 6 years of sleeping on it, it gonna retire and perhaps serve other "owners" le. I like the colours and the headboard, but too bad... the bed has been attacked by some unknown "object", which resulted in the chipwood started to falling apart like some insects have been consuming it...

Thanks for your hardwork all these years. =)

因为爱情

Finally! I finally remember where I got to heard that Chinese song from...

Was at the ai qing hai on saturday night, and the group on stage was performing a chinese duet song titled "因为爱情". The melody kept spinning in my head ever since that night. I got a impression that I have heard it from somewhere before, but I'm unable to recall it until now!

I first heard this song from one of Kang Xi's episode, which is about some Dancing Competition among Taiwan celebrities.



Tong Tong's dance step with the rather China kind of music really WOW me that time. I guess that is why it left a deep impression on my mind.

The other time where this song left me yet another impression is the singing of an old lady on one of China's Talent Search TV programme. I wouldn't say she got a superb voice or powerful vocal. In fact, she got a very high pitch singing that sort of sounded like Chipmunks. But that is not the main focus, it is her story that touched alot of souls. The reasons behind her singing this song and her beliefs in LOVE really sort of "moved" me.



Now I present you this simple chinese song title "因为爱情", which is sang by Wang Fei and Eason Chen.

2011 to 2012

Besides spending my last few days of 2011 and first day of 2012 with the usual clique, be it for a simple get away or bday celebration and stuffs.... I'm spending most of my time falling sick. Damn it! I'm sick from 2011 to 2012. Can you believe it? I didnt even have the energy to think about new year resolution. Argh~ forget it. I dont even remember what was my last new year resolution about.

Looking back at the previous year, I have really fallen sick very often. It is as good as i'm falling sick every single month. As if like sick = to my menstrual cycle. dots dots dots don't know what to say. Perhaps I really do not have enough physical activities to release all those toxins out from my body. So, getting ill may be the only way for my body to remove all those impurities at one shot. but this sick part is really sickening, because they usually dont just happened for one day! It took about 5 days to recover. It gonna be lunar new year in less than one month away. I'm doom! I'm I going to expect the same "menstrual" process to happen again? or even a bigger one.

Seriously i need to start exercise liao. Anyway, thanks to this recent illness that have followed me from 2011 to 2012. I managed to cut down my weight by 4 kg!!!! Amazing~~ And my used to be damn tight pants are much more comfortable for me to put on again.

If I seems to be very cocky and arrogant to you, I apologise too, but I can do nothing much because I'm born to look like that.
If I sometimes seems to be unclosed to you, I apologise too, because I'm unaware if you would like to talk to me in the first place.
