Eh, 我回来了!

回 camp reservist 的这十几天里， 偶尔有高潮的事故， 也有闷得受不了的时候。"Rush to wait, wait to rush" 的这个 tradition 仍然不改。被迫做 "屎工" 的 instruction 依然存在... What to do? this is a matter of fact! 我们还是得接受，因为有些东西不是一朝一夕说变就变，甚至是永远不变。


For example，我和我的 section 被分成两组。一组留在 JXRXXG Camp，另一组被调到PXSXR LXBX Camp。庆幸的是我被派到 PLC 作 duty... 那里的 duty environment 比较好， cookhouse 与 canteen 的食物都无可挑剔。但 temporary resting area for 我们这组人实在是有够烂的喽！guess what? 我们睡的是safari bed... (或许有些人都不懂什么是safari bed) 重点是，我们这组PLC 的人马还需要 clean 另一组在 JXRXXG Camp 的bunk? 我们这组PLC 的人一直都没用到他们的bunk leh! clear 完了stores 还得clean 他们的bunk, clear 他们的 bedsheets？逼到好想飙肮话... 法客! 法客! Aiya... Silly Alibaba Force 就是这样，永远看不到fairness 的一面。


其实，偶尔有些 In Camp Training 并不是件坏事。 至少还能看见老朋友， 至少还能 broaden my horizon，至少我还得了...


Anyway，serve 了一个 high key，希望能够快快serve 完，早日change my status to MR...

It sounds familiar

Have you watched the repeat telecast of 'Perfect cut'? To those of you who watched it or had actually watched it during the previous round, I'm pretty sure the theme song do leaves a deep impression in your mind. Recently, I've come across a song titled Yesterday by Leona Lewis. Hmmm... Guess what?... That song sounds rather familiar... ya! rather familiar...

Unbelievable (Hse Bunny, REC, Coffin, 20th Cen Boys)

This is unbelievable!!! I actually watched 4 movies in 2 weeks. Guest what? They are all of different languages. They are The House Bunny (English), 20th Century Boy (Japanese), The Coffin (Thailand) and REC (Spanish). After watching all these movies, my personal views...


The House Bunny

I was a little worried when I sat down with the popcorn and the drinks. Of course, it is not about who accompanied me watching it. The title sounds so unfamiliar and I don't even know about the plot in the first place. All I know about the movie is that “...The dialogues in House Bunny were hysterically funny...” (LOL!!! this is actually from someone's blog). This movie manage to bring light hearted fun to the big screen. It isn't deep and not a lot of thought is involved.

P.S: Letting you leave the theatre with smiles on your face.



20th Century Boy

This is the wrong choice I've made across the week. The movie is so draggy with just that bit of content (something like those ikan bilis). It is one of a kind of disaster movie (not natural disaster). The idea of making it a movie from the actual comic is disastrous. Anway the cast and the music/sound effects aren't that bad after all. If not for that every $ counts, you won't take a quick nap so as to still awake throughout the movie.

P.S:As there are still episode 2 and epsiode 3 for this movie, watch it if you are really rich or nothing better to do. However, if you are one of those comic fans for 20th century boy, perhaps you might just try that for one of a kind “domotachi” experience?...



The Coffin

There are times when movies use their best parts to put in the trailer, so when you actually go to the movie, you leave with disappointment. The coffin is one such movies that gives you a big “HAIzZzzZ”. It doesn't seems to be a good choice for a good scare. However, it does successfully conveys the message of “don't mess with the cycle of life”.

P.S: Well, if you want to spend you weekend peacefully with bits (a grain of rice) of “excitement” (scares i mean), perhaps The Coffin suits you better...

Although, the English remake version (Quarantine) will be out this November, I just can't wait any longer for a good scare. As the story is seen through the eyes of a cameraman, it therefore seems more realistic and somewhat different. This movie has some short breaks for the audience to breathe (while the camera been turned off or malfunction or whatever), unlike some other movies that continuously gives you all that gruesome scene. For a show like this, you shouldn't expect much on the storyline. All you should expect is a good scare with room to breathe and some laughter.

P.S: Something that you should catch for a good scare this Halloween... be prepare for some giddiness.
