05A1. thats my class. well, there's like only 20 odd other people, so its relatively small, compared to last year.. i kinda miss 5/2. its been a while since i last saw the rest.. oh well. i have to move on.
got to know a few more people.. so yeah.
lectures have been alright. im really looking forward to starting literature lessons.. looks like lots of fun.
met amanda on the bus. haha didnt expect to see her.. cant wait to meet some of the usuals on monday.

Hiking on a normal basis.

today was tiring yet eventful. met up with fiona for lunch at KAP macs, then headed to NP cos of her fsv interview.. walking felt more like hiking. haha anyways, met deborah there. seeing her brought back a flood of memories dating back to primary school.. i remember when she was part of an inseperable trio.. deborah, tricia, tracy. i wonder if they still keep in contact with each other.

anyways, after fi's interview, we took a bus down to MI. oh gosh, it felt more like a hike cos we were going uphill and downhill.. in any case, i now know how to get to the toh tuck campus..

travelled to novena where i collected my new pair of glasses, then we took another bus down to toa payoh. grabbed a drink at starbucks, then went home.

Evenings.

close your eyes and move to the back of my mind,

sitting alone on a marble bench at an mrt station for an hour can make a person feel numb.


all those feelings, those yesterdays feelings will all be lost in time.
but today i've wasted away for today is on my mind..

as you can see, i got a new journal! check out the penguins. cute arent they? hahaha.
well, i decided that change is inevitable, so here it is.. something new!
hmm, this is like my fourth blogskin.. i probably wont be using it for long. will change it when i've found something nicer..
but for now, i'll be sticking to this childish, retarded, yet ridiculously adorable layout. hahaha.

the week so far has been great! especially after the cc4 confirmation camp. it was such a wonderful experience.. im sure not only for me, but for most of the others who attended camp too.
well, today was been fabulous too! i guess its the little things in life that can make one really glad.

met up with rach and risa in town today. our initial plan was to catch the movie 'Hitch', but the movie timings were a little off and we couldnt get tickets for our alternative shows..
despite the minor setbacks, i feel that our meeting up was still worthwhile.. managed to spend our time fruitfully.
as rach and i were craving for some 'expensive' coffee, the three of us headed down to Cafe Cartel at cineleisure. the red couch was much more comfortable compared to the hard stone slab risa and i sat on while waiting for rach.
finally, we had our iced coffees and frappes. i had a slice of cake too. delicious. hmm oh yes. and if Cafe Cartel were to make a loss today, it'll most probably be because of our constant initiative to help ourselves to the free bread provided. ooh, and i finally tried the olive oil and chilli flake concoction hil and jo came up with. it tasted alright.
anyways, it was interesting how our conversation slowly digressed from topic to topic. it started when rach asked when school term would begin after our posting results are out. and slowly, we went on to talk about issues regarding ghosts, hospitals, piles, and even rapists. hahaha. amazing ehh?
im really glad i spent the aftenoon with them..

well, we parted at around 6 plus in the evening, as rach had to go meet jo, and i had to go back home..

its been years since we all did something like this together..
swimming.

when i got home, my sisters were already getting ready for an evening of fun. it was years since the four of us all swam together.
soon, i brought them down for a dip in the pool. it was really refreshing, as the weather nowadays is getting pretty warm and humid. anyways, i really had fun. all the laughing and splashing.. hahaha. well, it was simply exhilarating.

hmm, really enjoyed myself today. looking forward to saturday!
