i thought i was getting fatter...
then i realised that they were abs x)
so much for doing situps and crunches eh, i've ruptured the skin on my tailbone and it really hurts now when i try to do any ab exercises which requires me to lie on my back (but O.o that's almost all of them)
i'm teetering around 60kg now. 59kg in the morning, 60kg in the afternoon and 61kg at night x) anw cny is round the corner so here comes my chance to get fat :)
badminton today was tiring :) its probably an experience i won't forget haha. first time i played with a racket in each hand and ankle weights at the same time x) en route to complete ambidexterity!
