Today was earth day.

As usual, we went for breakfast, followed by some household errand.

Thanks to teacher Isabella on the invitation to a string performance which was suitable for kids. There was no traffic congestion that we were in the complex one hour earlier. A coffee break at the Toastwich and toilet break took 45 minutes that we were just in time for the performance. CY enjoyed the classical string quartet with 1st & 2nd violin, viola and cello. Four performers enlighten the hall with classical music with different way of performance with dancing, singing and some story-telling. It was indeed a great 1-hour musical outing.

This afternoon mommy knocked her forehead against the car door, while cy's forehead was hit by a friend's feet during this evening group class..... oooopppss...

18 Apr 2012 : Donation month

PL came across few sites on those needy.

She cleared and collected those old children books but not damaged and placed into a luggage. It finally filled up the whole luggage that she delivered to an orphanage last Saturday. If the books are sold off to the waste collectors or collected by certain organization, they may turn into useless scrap. Thus, she decided to sms the person-in-charge to ask on the books. The response was "Yes. Please bring over for the kids !".

Another box of toys and old clothes were stuffed into a carton box last evening. It was the third box to be delivered to oversea. Since these were badly required by those even they were second hand, no harm giving away to them.
