Went for the gathering with CC after the checkup.
The food was so-so but PL was terribly hungry that she finished the order. Little CY did not eat much but stuck with the bro YH. And, C took the opportunity to celebrate her bf's birthday. It was almost 3.30pm when we dismissed.

22 Jan 2010 : A pocketful of prosperity

Here the 12 units that available. The piggy was replaced by the Valentine's doraemon. However, McD was collecting the poll to release the piggy. Keep our fingers cross....

14 Jan 2010 : 1 hour talk

No HR was involved, only HJ.
Hmmm.... He was direct and shared with PL the situation.
Now, waiting for the B & W to make further decision.

Belinda & colleagues (Andy & AiLee) put up a night at our place. Belinda bought PL Sarawak peppers which ran out of stock last month. What a good timing !!!! While we took breakfast at the Toast, we came across ChengHai. It has been almost a year we were neighbours but never bumped into each other. And, it was so coincident that we were in the Toast !
After dropping off them to the custom, CC picked up a friend while PL bathed little CY.
We then went to meet up those CC's friends working in Spore that he knew via Cari. The main purpose was to visit the Setia Eco Garden whereby a few of the couples signed the purchase. The 4 kids were hillarious, running about in the office. There was a library corner in the office with kids' decor that attracted them. However, it did not stop them from chasing after each other.

We had a late lunch and dismissed. What a tired day !

PL's right ankle was getting better after applying the ointment. She missed one step of the stairs on Saturday morning and her ankle was swelling.

05 Jan 2010 : Take your risk !

PL never drove up to this car park located inside public bank tower in town. Since she merely wanted to collect the name card which took less than 15 minutes, she decided to take the risk. It was really challenging, trying not to hit on any of the pillars and dividers. There were signs of scratching and knocking at the edges which sent the shivers down the spine further.
Anyhow, PL made it without a single scratch. Relieved...!

03 Jan 2010 : BBC came to visit

It was pretty rushed for bbc but she finally made it this morning.
She departed from her friend's house at 8am and arrived at JB custom at about 9am. After picking her up, we went to the Toast for her breakfast.
Little CY was enjoying her company. She likes kids too.
We were back home at around 10am. Her flight was at 4.45pm that we had some time to spare. Lunch was at Yew's Cafe at MAA building at 2.30pm. There was no traffic at the custom luckily. Thus, we smoothly got to the airport at 3.30pm. Still have time to take a snack prior departure. We were kind of worried on traffic congestion initially but it seemed like we were over worried. Even the traffic after leaving the airport was smooth.
Anyhow, it would be safe to take the buffer for severe congestion.

02 Jan 2010 : A new year resolution

PL's new year resolution is to be happy and contented.
Simple yet not easy to be achieved.
