PL was amazed by the training center. It was on the water and a pool was built inside the center for survival training. And, there were facilities such as stimulated helicopter, survival boats, and others.

"Can you swim ?"

PL : Yes. Not a good swimmer, but able swim from the center to the port.

"So, you are not scared of water..."

PL : No..

The center was connected by a bridge and the exterior & interior looked like a ship. It could be built from a ship since even the class rooms are like cabins.

An interesting appointment.

A quote from PL's ex-boss who has migrated to Australia. Coincidently, he also found a job with less responsibilities.
Besides a heavy smoker, he was a terrible workaholic that worked till late everyday. And, his temper was not good when dealing with those contractors. Not sure whatwas the main contributor, but he was hospitalized once per year.

Life goes on.

Finally, Yeow & CL held their traditional wedding ceremony.

There were 2 tea ceremonies held. One in CL's place for CL's relatives & another in Rasa Sayang for Yeow's relatives.

PL called up grandma on her way back. She was caught in surprise by Uncle David's voice. After a few second pause, she finally inform Uncle David to get grandma.
We were thinking to invite mom & grandma for a decent dinner tomorrow. Luckily, we could find a buffet dinner since we only have a few slots with busy schedule. (Yeow's wedding !)

PL was caught in 2nd surprise when little CY's hand was holding a red flower.

03 May 2009 : Long weekends

After May, 2009, working people would enjoy many long weekends due to replacement of public holidays over the weekends.

Dad told us that we spent our labour days in Penang last few years. We could not recall. The holiday plan was slightly adjusted since mom moved down to stay with us. Most of the time, she would be at Yeow's place, except school holidays. Looking forward towards Yeow's wedding banquet in Penang that we could spend a few days in PL's hometown. We were not back since end of last year.

CC drove the new ah pek car back to Tgk last Friday. We arrived at lunch hour and got to enjoy homecook. Dad seldom cooked nowadays too. Yin was back as well. On saturday after breakfast and shower, we went to Melaka Pahlawan. Had lunch & quick shopping. At the back of the mall, there was a good tourist spot with historial train, aeroplane, and also the tricycle awaiting tourists to hop in. Little CY was fascinated by the train and took several photos. He got exhausted at around 2 pm and dozed on the way back to tgk. We skipped visiting Mahkota.

As usual, we went for bak kut teh for breakfast on Sunday morning. Well, swine flu was not cause by pork, but spread among human. No worry... It was lunch time when we arrived in AH. PL grabbed the pesticide for kutu daun and also a pot of multicolor flowers to be planted at a corner of the garden. And, CC managed to pack lunch with little CY was still sleeping soundly in his car seat.
