PL was back late again at 8.30pm. CC was grumbling as he emphasized on rest...
MS was pregnant. Congratulations to her even it was unplanned.

27 Nov 2005 : abnormal day...

This morning, we did not go to bak kut teh as usual. The shop was closed.. so, we were LOST. After a few minutes of discussion, we went for roti canai......still did not feel satisfied...thus went to the stall under the big tree for mee soup....

Viewed through chen's vcd. Some parts are quite funny..while pl & chen were roared with laughters, CC, ML, ML's parents & Yin were having a meeting on medical card. 叔叔joined us for lunch...

received a call while on our way back. 1st call is from Mindy who are getting married,,, 2nd call is from PL's co-worker on an issue in plant.

Morning

After Yoga, PL took shower & clear a few things.
We went to have our favourite char bee hoon, half boiled kampung eggs, nescafe , kopi & etc.
PL went into office for cleanroom handover presentation. Verified a few things from the contractors during the presentation.

We were back to tgk. Visited the pasar malam to grab the 生面 & 酿豆腐。





Evening

Had the usual asam fish head for dinner....and,,,,,,took out the birthday cake for Chen at 9.40pm when everyone's stomach left one compartment for the icy fruit cake. 晓茹 birthday is one day earlier. Wish she was here with us....the cake is really delicious ....and not too sweet....

By Conde Nast Traveller, New York is the 1st. Singapore is at the 5th while many European cities is finding their position within the top 20. Out of the 20, we have been to half of the cities. Have a dream of round the world to see, feel, touch, step and..... all the countries in the world,,,,a dream yet to be fulfilled....

The best cities ? It would depend on what individual wants. Some would like to stay at outskirt, in a small farm house....without the hassle ....some would like to stay in city with congestion of vehicles, peoples...and high rise buildings... For a traveller, the criteria will be different...I believe the basic criteria are : transportation mode, awesome sight-seeing, cozy accommodation, access of tourist information, food,,,,,,,,New York, a city that never sleeps.. well,,, It is around Time Square ? with the light that always on....5th avenue, the street that Spiderman swings with his web...?

What are PL doing in one of the cities of one of the best countries today ?
PL was on annual leave...so as usual, she took opportunities to fill up her empty storage cabinets..and purchased those were long in the shopping list, besides washing mattress cover.. Dropped by at D to handover a document & request to have a receipt chop. Also, got a fruit juice extractor & a digital timer for CC. Waiting to see his glowing face... (7.15pm : CC's face was glowing with a smile showing his teeth.....when he saw the 2 toys on the dining table...)











Time is never enough.

What are CC doing in one of the best countries/cities today ?
Working. CC used to say : I go overseas to work everyday. Wondeing if this is a positive or negative statement ?? Ask CC.

PL was in Yoga class again,,,,yes...again...

Breakfast for 3 : Nasi Lemak+nescafe, yam kuih+milo+油条。。。。。Luckily, CC had his early breakfast after dropping PL...if not, he will have gastric..

When PL finally arrived in interview session to help out for interviewing new people at Pan Puteri, it was almost 10am....
XXX : How's yoga ?
PL : Orh..great...stretching...
Z : When did you start...?
PL : (counting...) This is the 6th class.. I learned it before ...but stopped...
Z : Where did u go for Yoga ?
PL : Taman Molek...P's yoga..
Z : She is the jazz dancer as well, right..?

World is kind of small...

PL nearly burst into laughter, noticing his hair drop issue....

Waiting at public bank, CC did not need to make many turns to fetch PL.

Lunch for 3 : BURGER KING FAMILY MEAL
We settled down with this item in menu after seeing 4 types of burgers (black pepper burger, chicken sandwich, hamburger, boiled ...), 4 cups of 3 types of fruit drink (blackcurrant, mango & orange juice), 1 onion ring & 1 chicken fries.. hmmm.....still prefer burger king to mcdonald's, especially PL,,after 1st taste on whopper. For McDonald's, the fries & sundade could be better, but not the burgers & sandwiches...











3 of us seemed like have a hunger strike when the food was in front of us. In less than 30 min, only left the ......drinks...only one that we refilled with vanilla coke....
no whopper for this time...but get to try different flavors....

Yin left. Enjoyed her short visit with us.

Yin came to jb.
Arrived at 2am while PL was sound asleep. CC fetched her at Larkin.
She visited Eva in Spore in the afternoon.

PL reluctantly woke up at 5am for YOGA ! The morning air was fresh & the class went on well.
A bit stiff but improving...

15 Nov 2005 : Yoga Day

Today is the Yoga day again. PL sneaked out from plant at 5.30pm.

Anyhow, PL have confidence she can acquire the skill. The main thing is being healthy.

13 Nov 2005 : 3rd Yoga class

PL went to her 3rd class in JB since she stopped taking class for almost one year. Life was hectic & it finally settled down for a scheduled pass time.

Picking up some of the skills and get going. It was kind of different with what the previous class PL attended. According to instructor, it is traditional yoga. However, the warming up is aerobic. And, the movement is kind of faster.

The most attractive is the large mirror in front that we can observe our own movement. This enhances and further improves the posture.

CC was waiting in the car, reading paper from 8.30am. ;p Luckily not much items to be grabbed for bak kut teh ingredients as we went to JJ last evening. He said, Yoga is good but don't 走火入魔 when PL told him instructor ask to attend class 3 times per week. Never try never know.

CC urged to have a swim. Thus, we were down there at 4.30pm, PL reading a book at pool side; CC trying out a few strokes...

We had nan for our dinner.....

Our housekeeping day :

1. Wiping furnitures especially the dusty surface

4. Washing, hanging & folding clothes

09 -10 Nov : 其镇 & 晓茹

其镇 & 晓茹 到访。
带他们一道吃咖喱 鱼头。

隔天，他们一早自个儿到新加玻走走。

真希望他们是周末来。

08 Nov 2005 : Anniversary....

Haha.. this round, we remembered..

PL went to her 1st yoga class in Tmn Molek. She needs to pick up again. It has been a long time that she did not complete the whole yoga class with a instructor. From VCD, only about 45 min yoga with certain steps were practiced. What she did not follow is : Please drink any glucose or sweet drink before class commenced. The consequence : Black out... But she regained consciousness after drinking ribena & continued to complete the whole session.... The instructor said her body is not healthy & too exhausted.

CC was complaining his hunger when PL reached home. It was about 9pm when both went for dinner. At Nijyumaru, we waited for another 10 min to be seated....and waited for 10 min for the food... so,,, the 1st taste of unagi was at 9.30pm ! Sushi udon, unagi set, shrimp tempura roll, etc etc.....err.... it is our anniversary...!

Nothing special...work..work..work...eat...eat...eat...

Yesterday :

Attending 其镇 & 晓茹 wedding.


















Last 2 days :

Went around to visit ber yi's relatives.

In the afternoon, whole family went to Gudang Ledang.

PL has been there only once. This was the 2nd trip to this famous tourist attraction. It was crowded with hikers, "swimmers", picnickers, etc....

04 Nov 2005 : Standby mode...

PL is on standby these 2 days....at home...or somehwere near to plant within 50 km. She did receive calls yesterday. Settled & resolved on +/line.

CC was working from home. This is the good thing to indulge in IT/CS field.

Rained. The weather is cool and misty early this morning. Still dizzling...

CC told PL about this site last night....

PL got her whopper jr. for lunch.,,drive-through...so as ignorance as the 1st timer..I stopped at the order counter ...till she pointed front & gave me sign language to move forward. Orh... there is the collecting counter in front...;p..... at last.... tasted on the juicy grilled beef... ;p~~~~~~

chatted with Irene at her house while she was busy tidying up their newly renovated 1st floor (or 2nd floor?,,,, shud follow American or British ?).

Oppss... both of us forgot our anniversary...!!! Always, wifes will remember those dates & remind hubby.. But this DOES NOT apply to PL.....
