1st September 2008

Happy Teacher's day
and
Happy Birthday Mrs Oh (my CT and chemistry teacher)

Teacher's day at my school was fun. We had some performance on friday (one which i screwed up). But relatively the whole thing was fun and short.

Then later i went back to broadrick to visit my teachers and found out mr lau has a girl friend. lol suprisingly not japanese or vietnamnese.
Watched Wall-E in the afternoon with secondary school class mates - chelsea, suyin, ziting, stephanie and bing xun.

Wall-E's kinda boring. There's not much story and the ending was super duper adrupt.

Anyway at night i watched 4bia. Some horrow show. But shutter's better.
After the show, around 2.30am, i headed down to my friend's house to sleep the night.
Slept really little and had really a lot of stuffs to do the following day.
But it was fun :D

Here i performed an umbrella remixed (for teacher's day)

26th August 2008

My days are really busy,
Promos are around the corner, as well as teacher's day.
And as i am performing on teacher's day(playing the song below), there are tons of rehearsals.
Don't know if 30 more days is sufficient for me to complete studying.

Anyway it'll be really exciting to go back to broadrick this friday :D

16 August 2007

hm,

i might not be the best,
or the one who will always be there.
i might not be the richest,
or the one who will buy you everything
i might not be the most sensible,
or the one who will understand you all the time,

but you know, i still really like you.
I used the word might cause i'm still trying.

I might not be the best,
But i will be the best one day, or at least die trying.

I'm glad i got to see you that day.
and i'm glad seeing you made me forget about the consequences i will face in school this monday;
i got no MC.

11th August 2008

oh i forgot to blog about this.
Last thursday some students from Indonesia came to my school. Its like an exchange programme for students from other countries to experience various cultures and teaching environments.
(No offense to any indonesians reading this post)

But i don't know why, these indonesians students have been linked to Hasbola, a terrorist network. So basically everyone starting making jokes (in my class) about sucide bombers and stuffs. lol
One guy got really angry during our bio leture cause his bag was kinda big and had a string.
So my friend said "Ah you see got string, you pull then the bomb explode! faster call bomb diffusal squad!"
The guy must have over heard it or felt the mini thug from the string (my friend went to pull). He kept glaring at us.

Then there's 2 indonesians students introduced to my class during PW lesson. Man, we really gave them bad impressions. ( i was very high after all the jokes during bio lecture )
First, My class rep went to make an announcement on some charity run and said we had to pay $8, i started complaining by saying its morally unethical to pay $8. lol and then the whole class started whinning too.
Secondly, when another classmate of mine (kane young) went to make an announcement on some E-Learning for Chemistry which had to be done on saturday. I asked if we had to wear school uniform when we're doing it at home. LOL he gave me the middle finger.
Then during PW, my friend kept notifying some classmates about a news paper article regarding terrorist. lol

Then there's was this idea to send chain messages stating:
Dear SRJCians, please be do not leave your things unattended as this morning, there will be indonesians students coming to experience the SRJC culture. Please be mindful to keep a far distance and do not approach anyone alone if you happen to stumble upon one. Immediately report to your CT. Your Safety is at stake today.
-Your Principal

I think if we sent it, it'll circulate around the school and sooner or later we'll all get suspended. lol
Anyway after they left, my school's still standing.
NO ONE'S BOMBED IT!
And my friend's excuse was : "They thought they come to SRJC (super raffles JC) but when they come here, they find out that they're in Serangoon JC. Like that bomb for what, sooner or later the school also going to fall."

LOL thats dam bad.
But anyway no offense to anyone, especially my principal, Mr Tan, whom i dearly hold in high admiration. (I hope no teachers or principals glance upon this post)

Goodnight.

9th August 2008

okay, i've been reading a few blogs just now and all of them were dam emo. (though the writers don't seem emo in real life)

anyway Today's national day ! :D
Happy Birthday Singapore

and yesterday's Suyin's birthday
Happy Birthday Suyin

Just now went to celebrate her birthday. and yeah, there's no tissue papers as present this time.
Ziting did some really cool paper with strings thing which looked like a book for suyin as a present. We ate a Johnny bombers i think. Food quite okay.
Oh today i learnt a new game, now SRJC will have a new game : KUKU BIRD!
It starts like that, someone yells kukubird and then everyone will have to do it too, only each time it gets louder. lol
Took some pics then went back. :D

On friday, was Thanks Giving Day ! started school at 5pm till around 9pm.
Teachers performed to thank us for running for charity. Really fun even.
The teacher's are dam enthu. And also super professional.
Was like a rock concert; everyone went dam high and started jumping and shouting.
ha i must admit my throat's quite swollen now.

School's boring again as usual.
And my blog's also boring. i'll try to make it as lively as possible and blog more regularly now.

Monday was my mom's birthday but due to some stupid gp consultation from 7.30 to 8.30, i couldn't attend it. Oh well my mom was kinda disappointed, guess i'll try make it up to her.
Today when she fetched me to suntec, i said thank you. and suddenly i saw a beaming smile! :D see how much a simple thank you can do.
Hm, i looked back at what i wrote last year during mother's day and it seems like so much have changed. i guess i no longer quarrel with my parents nor hold grudges. I guess i held my pride a little too high last time.

Anyway i'll go to bed now. goodnight
