I am now officially and Ex-Broadrician. And hence instead of going to coffee bin or burger king to study during the holidays, i go to school.
I've graduated today, at 10am, and now its 11.52am and i'm sitting at home, staring at books and my computer. Such a bore, but O lvl's just a stone throw away. [i've took loads of photo today also]
Well, undoubtly 4 years have passed since i've stepped in the old Broadrick Secondary school; feels like a week ago. I still remember, i was late on my first day, and hence i couldn't seat with a partner of my choice, but instead some unknown boy, who later turned out to be called daryl.
During Sec 1 and 2, Miss Choo was my form teacher. I must admit, she didn't like me a single bit as i was , a naughty boy, who always gave teachers a headache.
Sec 1/4 and sec 2/4 were my classes for secondary 1 and 2, where i grew up with the most unique and interesting bunch of people. Lessons were most of the time, a cacopony of students talking as well as the teachers screaming. I still remembed i sat at the back, and we would always play "basketball", by shooting paper balls into the bin.
I still remember my art, where i got highest in standard for drawing a dustbin,
My Home Econs, where i would always rush down to buy a container to contain my food,
My DnT, where mdm swee would always make us do some form of exercise if we were late.
My Science, where Mr Manon who sometimes talk crap and then later says he's joking if we ractify him.
My Maths, where i'll always sit outside with a huge bunch of people to complete our homework.
My English and Geogragy, dear Mrs Lee, i am truely sorry, for the times we "debated" in class.
My Chinese, Mr Tan Sing Hua's my teacher, who thinks i'm mad.
My Music, i'm not too sure about this. basically we juts blow the recorder.
My History, man, i don't know whats history about.
My Literature, enjoyed it. with miss mastura and mdm lim.
Secondary 3 and 4 were the best years of my seconday school life. Coming to 4EA was one of the best decisions i've made, though i did regret at certain points but still, that was me in my folly.
Hm... small class, yes. 17 ppl, cosy and comfortable. Though still i don't know everyone, but its the place where i've met some of the best people i've ever known.
Secondary 3's the year i started sleeping during lessons; honestly i've never done it before.
oh well, my class is a quiet class, small, attentive and i'm not quite sure too. but anyway its still very fun to be in 4ea, rather than 2/4.
anyway, Mr tan teck hock, a very good teacher, i still remember the times we quarrelled, i must confess it did find it amusing. His lame jokes, games and funny actions. Yes, the keys to a good lesson.
Miss tan's a good teacher too, cold jokes though, least i did learn something.
Mr kelvin tan, very good too. totally changed my mindset about new teachers.
oh well, thinking back, i'll really miss alot of stuffs-
The times where i rushed to school in the morning, Was forced to cut my hair, Made to buy badges, The breakfeasts in the morning before school, The quarrels during lessons, The reccesses, PEs, Remedials, Boring lessons, times where i tried to open my eye lids during lesson, times when i tried to sleep without getting caught, Buying of drinks inbetween lessons, the videos we took when the teachers are missing, the lame jokes, my table, my chair, my worksheets, trying to escape from teachers, as well as the teachers and my friends. well i know there's many more, but adding them would only bore you.
Anyway here's my tribute. Thank you,
Mr Tan teck hock, Mr Kelvin tan, Miss Huang, Miss Tan, Mrs Shantti rajar, Mr Lau, Mrs Remedous, Miss Sin, Miss hidayat and all my teachers.
And my friends, too many, i'm lazy to jolt them down.
But i hope we'll keep in touch. really.
anyway all the best and goodbye.
