Roasted Pork and Garlic Potato Weges




Because I like pork so much I decided to repeat this dish about which I posted HERE.
The difference would now be the way I cut the potatoes,and the fact that I added onion and garlic.
You really need to TRY these !
The cut of meat is juicy and tender and roasts perfectly !


Toss to coat,


place nicely into a casserole pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 450 for 30 minutes, then remove the aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 35 more minutes, until they begin to look golden.




I served some apple tart for dessert. Yummy !
