I love this idea. As the boys get older and more phones find their way into our household I am sure to be needing to make one of these. I found this tutorial on Oh Frannson. Have a cheap and cheerful day. xxxRobby
I found this tutorial on The Long Thread. I find these handles all of the time at the thrift stores. I love these bags and they look so simple.

I found this unreal notebook holder that also holds pencils at One Red Robin. It would be great for roadtrips. If any pencil is unaccounted for it would not take long to realise.
I found these retro looking labels at Orange You Lucky. Helen is an illustrator and has kindly offered these for free. Go to her blog and have a look around. Reminds me of when I was a kid. When you got a book (which was a huge deal) you could get these types of labels. Thanks Helen.
This is beautiful. Again from iHanna. She links to another tutorial to show you the most simple drawings to show that we can all do it. Thanks Hanna!!!
Elizabeth at Oh Frannson has a quilt along...it is fantastic. If you are a new patchworker I am sure you could do it. She also has some great info on where she buys her fabric and everything. You can find it on the bio and faq section. Thanks Elizabeth, I really admire you.
My blog counter thingie said Error remove immediately.....awwwwwwwwww!!! It was almost up to 10,000 since I started in April! Why...why!!!! That was one of the highlights of my day.

This project is from darling petunia. It is refashioned from a little dress. Clever or what. When I shop at the TS I normally shop with my eyes...for colour. I will remember this project too!
These ones are from Char. They are a great 4th of July project. I had a great time in America with Sandy and her family for the 4th of July last year!!!! Wish I could be there again!!!!
Jeanette Herdman has a website called SIStv. You have to join but it is quick and easy. She has a webisode on making microscope slide pendants. I don't make them exactly the same. I use a third hand instead of having them flat on the towel. I think it get too lumpy. AND...never make them in an unventilated room. I kept getting really sick..like the flu..and then the penny dropped that it was me getting poisoned by the flux fumes. The pendants in the photo are ones that I have done for Erica.
Hyperventilating here.....I love this bag...imagine with a pair of jeans and a white top with the colour of this bag!!!!! Anyone got scraps????...aaarrrggghhh...Anyone sell scrap bags of fabric....I am desperate!!!! This is from Burda Fashion...and the pattern is FREEEEEEEE!!!! (I think my insides are excited!!!!
These are from Martha Stewart. They remind me of the pincushions that my blogy friend Nanette from Threadworks Primitives. Another thing for the ever growing list...it must be up to about 3000 by now!!!!
Make it and take it have this great camera strap for my dream camera....I would love a big, good photo takin' camera!!!! Thanks Ashley...and I hope to use it one day!!!!
The Sampler Girl has this cross stitch chart for free. When you are finished she would like to see the finished result....I would like to see it too....sticky beak I am!!!
Lauren at Goody Goody has a tutorial for these little cuties. They are so cute. You could get your little favorite person to draw you a picture and make them a little pocket person.
This tutorial is beautiful....Ashley is reading my mind. I was looking at my basket in the bathroom the other day wondering how to make fabric linings.....wonder no more. Thanks Ashley!!!!
This is for the computer numpty like me. One day I will learn things...oh I did learn how to transfer all of my patterns onto a memory stick!!!! I can learn something new now. This is from Graphic Design.
On another subject.....if any bloggers have any tutorials that they would like on this blog to link back to their blog please email me.
This is a fantastic pincusion. My friend, Christine gave me a teapot pincushion pincushion like this but this doesn't have a lid. It is from Anna Maria Horner and it is a podcast from Craftzine.
I am a 42 year old stay at home wife and mother. My boys are 13 and 11 and are becoming 'mature'...so my 13 year old says. My life revolves around my family, photography and friends. We are all Australians and this is our second time living in Scotland.
