annie's birf-day dinner

so we just casually went to dinner at our usual place, not necessarily planning on celebrating her birthday there, but that is what it turned into. she had her 3 shirt on with some purple necklaces and bracelets and a purple tutu skirt (things i definitely would not normally let her leave the house with), but made an exception since it was her birf-day. we decided to let the waitors know it was her birthday and they came singing, stuck the big pink sombrero on her head and the waitress basically put whip cream on her face and almost shoved the fried ice cream in her mouth! haha. it was hysterial. she did not know what to think, but i believe we have started a tradition because now caroline wants to eat her birthday dinner there. not anywhere else, just the same place we eat at once or twice a week! :)) i love it!

back in the spring sometime we were out at my brothers place playin on the swingsets (which you should totally check out - swingsetsnashville.com  :) and he also restores all kinds of power wheels. he has quite the selection and i have my eye on a green gator that has the cool place in the back to "haul" stuff. i know my girls would love to gather all kinds of nature things back there!

anywho...the girls were all riding in this particular jeep this day and i figured it was a good one to look back on one day :)

mothers day

 

i believe we were at the lakehouse all weekend for mother's day. i honestly don't remember. but what i do remember, is waking up to the girls at home secretly making me a mother's day sign and pictures in the middle of the kitchen floor with papers galore, mounds of little stickers, scissors, and tape. then they stuffed it all in a gift bag they found and proudly said "happy mother's day mommy!" after i overlooked the mess, my heart couldn't have been any happier :) love my tender hearted babies 

random phone finds...

so, i had the droid. i now have my first iphone. liked the droid. love the iphone! i especially love how i can just plug my phone and download pics.........WAY easier than sending to email, saving, etc!! i was able to import all my pics and found a bunch i figured i would include! :)

 i came in to find the girls playing in the play pen with all their blankets covering it and they were reading the bible to their bears. so sweet

 i believe this one got sent to some of my friends on this night i was trying to make dinner with all 3 kids, julia screaming in her highchair, anna kate doing musical instruments next to the fridge and caroline i have no idea what.....i said I GIVE UP!! oh the dinner hour....
