Caroline has officially mastered the skill of rolling from her tummy to her back. Did I mention that she rolled over literally the 2nd time she was ever on her tummy, at 3 weeks old! I still don't know what to think of it. She is so strong! It makes me wonder what she will be doing in the next couple of months. There is a pretty funny part in this video, just listen and you will be sure not to miss it! Let me say excuse her beforehand!

Well, here is a video of Caroline rolling over....and no, I am not exaggerating! I told Justin that nobody would believe me if I told them she rolled over. I figured everyone would think I was crazy! This was the 2nd time I laid her on her tummy and she just rolled over! 3 weeks old! She rolled from her tummy to her back 4 times tonight!! Sorry, the video is a little dark.

This is the bassinet that Caroline is sleeping in for now. Her great grandpa slept in this bed 83 years ago, her granddad slept in it, and her mommy slept in it. It is a special part of the family and we are excited to use it! Caroline's birthday is also on her great grandpa Bane's birthday!




Caroline is very alert when she is awake, with her big blue eyes! This picture was so funny because she would not let daddy put the pacifier in her mouth at first. She kept those lips closed so tight. She finally budged and let daddy put it in there!

Mommy is learning how to "blog"

Hello to all! This is the first day that mommy has somewhat figured out this blog thing. It is really quite confusing, but maybe it is just me. Caroline and I have had a great day. She is eating well and sleeping wonderfully. Justin and I feel so blessed to have this little angel with us. It is truly a miracle. There are many times when I just look at her in amazement and cry because I just can't believe she is ours. I can't help but say "THANK YOU JESUS" every time I look at her. She is perfect in every way. Once I get a little smarter, I will try to post some pictures on this thing. I am still learning the ropes. But for now, thank you thank you thank you for all of you that prayed for us and Caroline. It meant so much to us.
