Tasmania Day 3

And the road trip continues.

Drove another one hour to the Freycinet National park.

Visited some beautiful bays and lighthouse before the epic climb to the famous Wineglass Bay in Freycinet National Park.

Cape Tourville

Honeymoon Bay

Sleepy Bay.

And here goes the hike to the Wineglass bay lookout. This is a steep uphill walk on a rocky, well-constructed track and took around 40-45 mins each way.

YAY after dunno how long we finally reached our destination.
Where is the wine glass??????? But the view was pretty up there.

You can actually hike down to the beach but it will takes another 2 hours for a return trip so definitely not for me. =x

That's my face after the tiring hike HAHAHA

And you must be wondering where is Bro? haha so he decided not to join after seeing the sign at the entrance saying "1-1.5 hrs return". HAHAHA I think he will probably die half way.

Thank you for building this giant rest chair for me. Much needed!

Little wallaby came to greet us after our hike.

On our way back we had some mussels and oysters at the farm.

First round of seafood feast

And then we realised it was not enough for us so we go for round 2!

So satisfied as we spent $150 for these ='DDD

Continued our journey to Hobart in the afternoon and we managed to drop by at this beautiful town, Oatlands before dawn.
Australia's third oldest wind mill, Callington mill behind us. <3

Reached Hobart at night and we couldn't find a place for dinner so we just went to a random restaurant that turned out to be good.

Cheers~

Tasmania Day 2

Visited the Cataract Gorge in the early morning and it was just -2 degree that morning.
Dreamy icy grass on a cold morning <3

The little pond that turns into ice...

Then we continued our journey along the eastern drive.

Drove 2 and a half hours to Bays of Fire on the northeastern coast of Tasmania and the view here is simply amazing.
The four of us again <3
This place is famous for its white beaches, blue water and orange-hues granite rocks.

Drove another 1 and a half hours down to another town called Bicheno.
Our stay for a night =)

Super nice and cozy place <3

Then we head out the town for some seafood. Fish n chips and fried squid to share! SO yum.

Stopped by at the famous blowhole in Bicheno for sunset.

Yeah that's the monster blowhole LOL
Be careful not to get blow away by that waves tho ='D

Home cook carbonara to end the day.

Cheers~
