Apple Freak

I have fallen in love with all recipes about apple nowadays. Granny Smith in particular. My lab colleagues have given me heaps of apples last week, and I have no idea where can I use those apples for. I came up with apple cake at the first time and now, and since the caramelised apple smell came out from the oven, I was deeply madly in love with apple cakes!! And now, Im thinking of another apple recipe. hmmm.....

The smell is unforgetable. i just cant stop thinking about it!!
