Happy travel!

Hello everyone! Today I'll show you a 3-photo layout which is my take on two challenges that inspired me very much!

-CSI Case File No. S365-1 &
-About a Girl (which asks for white space on our layouts)

So... without further ado... here is my layout using 3 photos of my sweet daughters during our road trip back home after our summer holidays. They were very happy (at least the two older ones who were awake all the time...) and I enjoyed so much taking photos of them while they laughed and sung and played with their dolls. I used the CSI colour palette and elements (evidence: maps, stripes and circles and testimony: road trip)

I also used some of the fantastic printables of CSI! I was based on the inspiring sketch of Irini Liolia for the Get Creative layout challenge but unfortunately I missed the date...

Tilda playing Christmas carols

Good afternoon everybody! Today I'm sharing with you my first Christmas card of this year (it's never too early to start creating Christmas cards!) It's a Magnolia stamp painted with my Copics.

This card is my take to the following challenges:

- Get creative (with a card sketch)
- ABC Christmas challenge (with P as the theme of the challenge). I have used Pink, Pearls and Polka dots patterned paper.
- Aaand... Winter Wonderland Challenge (with Cute Christmas as the challenge theme).

I really enjoyed very much these challenges and I'm looking forward to your comments for my card! So what do you think?

Today we Orthodox celebrate the assumption of our Holy Mother. So I would like to wish all the best to the people who have their name day today (and I think that every family here in Greece has someone named after Virgin Maria). I would also like to wish every single one of you may our Holy mother protects our homes and our beloved ones every day! Have a nice evening everyone! May we be blessed by Virgin Maria!

Canoe fun!

Καλημέρα όμορφη μπλογκογειτονιά! Πώς είστε όλοι; Εμείς πριν μερικές μέρες γυρίσαμε από διακοπές λίγων ημερών σ' ένα παραθαλάσσιο χωριουδάκι της Πελοποννήσου όπου ξεκουραστήκαμε πολύ και "γεμίσαμε" τις μπαταρίες μας για το χειμώνα. Η καινούργια αγάπη του άντρα μου και των παιδιών είναι το κανώ. Κι εγώ, βέβαια, δεν έχασα ευκαιρία και τράβηξα πολλές όμορφες φωτογραφίες. Σήμερα θα δείτε μία σύνθεση που έφτιαξα με μία από τις φωτογραφίες όπου η μεγάλη μου κόρη μαθαίνει να κωπηλατεί με τη βοήθεια του μπαμπά της. Πραγματικά δε θα ξεχάσω ποτέ τη χαρά της για το καινούργιο της επίτευγμα και το δικό μου καμάρι για εκείνη.
Goodmorning blog-neibourhood! How are you all? We returned home after a few days of vacation at a beautiful beach village of Peloponnisos. We have "loaded" our batteries for the upcoming winter. Our new love is canoe. Of course, I took many beautiful photos. Today you'll see a new layout I created with one of the pictures which shows my elder daughter's first efforts with the canoe. I'll never forget her joy for her new achievement and how proud I was of her.

Με τη σύνθεση αυτή συμμετέχω στην πρόκληση του About a Girl που ζητάει να διαλέξουμε το βασικό χρώμα της φωτογραφίας μας και με αυτό μόνο να φτιάξουμε τη σύνθεσή μας. Στη δική μου σύνθεση το κύριο χρώμα είναι το γαλάζιο. Επίσης, με αυτή τη σύνθεση συμμετέχω στην πρόκληση του OUAS ακολουθώντας το υπέροχο sketch της γλυκιάς μας Nadia Cannizzo και το θέμα της πρόκλησης "I'll never forget".
This L.O. is my take of About a Girl challenge which asks for a monochromatic layout with the basic colour of the photo. My layout's basic colour is blue. This is also my take of OUAS challenge following the so inspirational sketch of our sweet friend Nadia Cannizzo and the challenge's subject (I'll never forget").

This is a Nadia Cannizzo's amazing sketch which I followed.

Χρησιμοποίησα υπέροχα χαρτιά της Webster's Pages. Το journaling λέει: " Φέτος το καλοκαίρι ανακαλύψαμε μια καινούργια αγάπη: το κανώ! Το πόσο διασκεδάσαμε με αυτό δε λέγεται! Ποτέ δε θα ξεχάσω το πόσο σε καμάρωσα όταν με πολύ θάρρος και χαρά απόφασισες να μπεις μέσα μόνη σου και να μάθεις να κωπηλατείς με τη βοήθεια του μπαμπά..."
I used beautiful Webster's Pages papers. The journaling reads: "This summer we discovered a new love: canoe! I can't tell how much fun we had! I'll never forget how proud I was of you when I saw you getting in with so much courage and joy and you decided to learn canoe with dad's help..."
