80th BIRTHDAY CARD AND BOX

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.

Been looking after my Granddaughter today as she doesn't go back to school till tomorrow.
She is my youngest Granddaughter.
We also had lunch with my eldest Granddaughter today, and her mother my Daughter.
Before we went to lunch my youngest Granddaughter wanted to make cards.

Fingers crossed Win 10 seems to be behaving today thankfully.

Last week I was asked to make a card for my Daughter's boss who is Welsh, and in Wales we call our Mum Mam.
So here is the card and box I made her.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box I made to fit.
Now the order was for Lavender Colours and I didn't have any Lavender card so I sprayed my card with Tattered Angels Mica spray to get the colour I was after.
As the lady in  question  loves handbags and flowers my Daughter suggested to cascade the flowers down the handbag.
I am quite pleased with how it turned out.
The letters were made by gluing 3 lots of each letter to make them stand out nicely.
Put some ribbon on the handle of the bag to represent a scarf.
Hope you like this as much a I do.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

DRY EMBOSSED CHRISTMAS CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Did you remember to put your clocks back last night.

Now is anyone having problems with their Win 10 since updates, mine is driving me mad it's so slow, also my mouse keeps freezing, and it keeps jumping all over the place while scrolling.
Also the typing is playing up as well.
So I am sorry if I haven't been around to comment as much as it it taking me so long to comment with all this.
I did turn updates off a while ago, but they came back on automatically.

So onto my card for the Allsorts Challenge.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The embossing folder is a Crafters Companion one.
The image is from the Crafters Companion CD Nordic Christmas.
Verse inside is a stamped one.

Thank you so much for your visit, and your patience with my comments.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

RUDOLF DAYS OCTOBER 2017

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I have had family visiting lately, and a few cards to make for orders from my Daughter's works which I will be showing shortly.
Amongst the orders was a big order for Christmas ones which I have posted a few already.
So as it's the Rudolf Days Challenge over at SCRAPPYMO'S BLOG till the end of the month I thought I would show this one I made.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The image is from The Crafters Companion CD Winter Paint Poppets.
I cut a load of different size snowflakes from dies and covered the card.
The sentiment was a freebie.

Thank you so much for your visit, and your precious time.

MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES DT CARD...............ADD A CHARM OR TAG

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

Today is the start of a new challenge over at
MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES
The lovely Hazel is our host for this challenge, and she would like to see a Charm or Tag on your entries.

The challenge runs from the 26th of October to Wednesday the 8th of November, and closes at 6PM.

So here is my DT card I made.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The papers are from MCS CD.
Inked the edges with Broken China DOI.
Made a pocket for the tag with the TL Chantilly Diamond Die.
This die does not come with a plain base so I drew around it and cut out a base for the die.
Stamped Thank You and a pattern around the tag.
Made a flower out of the paper and inked the edges with DOI Worn Lipstick.
The leaves I also made by hand.

Thank you so much for you visit, and please take a look at the lovely creations made by my B Team friends, and try to enter if you can.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

THINKING OF YOU CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I went to see John Lockwood demoing at Chatham yesterday, and it was brilliant I could watch him all day, and every day as he is so very talented , and a lovely person too.
My Daughter, and her fiance took me, and my hubby, and afterwards we went for lunch.
While there my Daughter bought me John's media plates  wasn't I a lucky girl.
Got home very tired though.

Couldn't sleep again last night because of my RLS it seems worse if I am over tired.
Didn't get much sleep either Saturday night with the excitement so I expect that was why I was so tired.

So last night I started this card, and finished it today.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I started by matting, and layering my card with pink card , and Ivory pearlised card.
Then I die cut a Nbus die from Creative Crafting World Doily Die set that I bought from C&C.
The Thinking of you also came with the set, and the flowers were made with another part of the set.
Quite pleased with how this one turned out.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.

Sorry I have been missing again, but life's  little problems have got in the way of me blogging again, and I don't want to boor you with details.

Couldn't sleep last night again so I made this quick card for the Allsorts Challenge.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
I began by ink dusting some glossy card with Memento Inks in Rose Bud,Danube Blue, and Dandelion.
Then I stamped the Inkylicious picture perfect stamp in Memento Tuxedo Black.
I stamped around the background with Memento Bamboo Leaves Ink and a Inkylicious Delicate Vines stamp.

Thank you so much for your visit, and your precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

NEW BABY GIRL CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I do hope everyone is feeling fit, and enjoying the start of yet another week, they go by so fast, and Christmas will be upon us before we know it.

I would like to welcome my newest follower, and thank you so much for pressing the follow button.
Hope to see you here as often as your time allows.

Today I have a Baby card that I made as part of the cards that were sold in my Daughter's works.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
I had trouble with the photo of the inside of this card as when I used the Auto Contrast the colour went a totally different and slightly orangy that's why it looks a little dull.
The papers, and the baby image are from the Joanna Sheen Baby Love CD.

Thank you so much for your visit, and your super wonderful comments.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

ANOTHER TISSUE BOX

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.

I do hope your weekend is going to plan, and you are all keeping well.
The weather is getting chillier now, and leaves are falling so quickly.
The colours always amaze me with their fantastic shades.
I have quite a few trees the other side of my garden fence, and love to see them each Autumn.

As I stated I made some more tissue boxes for the McMillan coffee morning so here is one of them.

If anyone would like to make one of these my tutorial is at the top of the page.
Base card is Hunkydory Ombre card.
The bear image is a Hunkydory one.
The scalloped circle at the top is also Hunkydory.
Paper is a download from Cuddly Budly Crafts just printed it on pearlised card.
The die cuts are TL ones, and the lovely little vellum butterflies were a present from Wendy my team leader at MAWTT.
She sells these wonderful butterflies on Facebook.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

THANK YOU CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I would like to welcome my newest follower Henry, and thank you for choosing to follow me, can you let me have a link to your blog if you have one so I can also follow you.

Had quite few busy days catching up on things I had let slide last week due to all the baking for the Mcmillan coffee morning.
I mentioned I had a few Thank You cards to make to say thank you for donations that were given as raffle prizes, and some Bric a brac that also went on a stall to help with the final amount.

So here is one of them.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The flowery paper is from a MCS CD.
I die cut a few different circles, and finally stamped my Thank You and heat embossed it with Sea Foam White embossing powder.
Finally I cut out a couple of flowers from the left over paper, and added a ribbon bow.

Thank you so much for your visit, and your precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

CHRISTMAS ROBIN AND OLD BOOTS

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I would like to welcome my newest follower and thank you so much for choosing to follow me.
I do hope you will find time to visit as often as you can.

I do hope you are all having a nice weekend, and the weather is being kind to you.
Here in my part of Kent it's very drab and raining, but at least it's not too cold.

I have lots of cards I need to make to say thank you, but I keep making Christmas ones instead.

Our Macmillan coffee morning took £201 so I am so glad all our efforts brought in such a wonderful amount.

So here is yet another Christmas card.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The lovely image is a Hunkydory one.
I added some snow to the image, and some die cuts to the side of the image
which I cut out 4, and cut them so they looked like a panel die.
These 2 items I bought from

You will find the link on my side bar if your interested, and it will help a fellow blog friend who is trying to sell lovely items at very reasonable prices, and No Postage costs if your spend £20.
As I cut out the starry nights die with Snippets of white card, and backed my image on white Snippets of card I will be joining my playground friends with this.
Just thought as my Starry Nught Die is a Nbus item I will be joining Darnell again with her wonderful NBUS challenge.

Thank you so much for your visit, and your precious time.
