Today was a bit out of the ordinary. Union Pacific had a train ride here in town! The kids, Meron and I got down there about 9:00 and got on the train. After a brief presentation about railroad safety, we were off.

We didn't go too far--to the other side of London, about 6-7 miles--but the kids had a blast. So much so that when, due to a snafu, they were able to go again, they jumped at the chance.

I sat that one out--had to get back to work--but afterwards I picked them up and we had lunch at Stoby's. All in all, a fun train-filled day!

Trying Something Out

There's a service I just found out about called Pixelpipe. It'll let you add things to numerous locations simultaneously. It'll also let me do some blogging if work ever gets slow (which won't happen anytime soon!) So I'm going to see how this works and maybe that'll get me back into the blogging habit. If nothing else, you can see a current picture of two great kids!
