Lunch at Grandma and Grandpas and mishaps with Liv...

Owen and Liv are always so happy to go to their Grandparents house. Today it was so nice to just sit out on their porch and eat lunch. As you can tell they enjoyed their dessert very much. Remember chocodiles? Couldn't resist snapping pictures of them with the chocolate stuck in their teeth!
This last couple of weeks have been a little tough with my Liv, and I knew that I should document some of the stuff because I will probably laugh about it later. She is definitely my clumsy one and doesn't like Chris or I to help. She is very independent. Here is just to name a few as of what has been going on with her..
~Hiking on Monday and hit her nose directly on a rock, ouch. Thought it was broken, but just a little bruised and bloody.
~Got a nice black eye from falling off our bar stools the other night.
~Bites Owen every chance she can get, and when I try to discipline her she just smirks.
~Tells me I am not her friend.
~Can't get rid of the Binky. To be honest I don't really want to because how nice is it that I can stick it in her mouth so I can I have a break from her bossing everyone around.
~When I am on the phone or in the car she needs my attention at once yelling Mom over and over until I answer or cry.
~Beats up on Hunter, and trys to hurt his neutered pee pee.
~smacks me right in the face after licking too much of her ice cream cone. (Oh and this one had a nice big audience.)
And those are just a few of the things. So I have only 19 years to go until we are best friends like me and my mom! I can wait that long, right? Oh yes because I do have those moments where she'll look at me and tells me she loves me and then I'll get a nice poke in the eye..

The Wonder Women

I really can't believe how hard this race was. After my second run I thought there is no way I can run another 6 miles. I had to really dig deep, but I am so glad I finished! And a big high five to Andrea and Jocelyn who had to run up the Ragnar hill, it seriously was so brutal. My whole car did so awesome, and I'm so glad I got to do this with all of them!

Awww the blessed finish line..

Park City and Hunter...

A week in Park City was utter bliss! I got to relax and not worry about cleaning, pictures, and regular housewife stuff, and instead I got to be with my whole family. It was so much fun and Owen had the hardest time leaving his cousins. The night after we got home he was crying in his bed and when I went in there he was holding two hotel keys and saying "I miss Park City". My Mom and Dad are the best for putting this together, and they are very much loved by all their grand kids!

Hunter is growing and has almost doubled in size since we got him. For the most part I love him, but he sure knows how to bug my kids and vice versa. My favorite part is when the kids are in bed and he mellows out and just hangs out with me and Chris. He is one cute puppy hu?
