Hanging in Vegas

Chris started a 2 month contract
the beginning of Feb in Las Vegas.
We got a little lonely about mid March
and decided to fly on down to see him.
We had so much fun. Here are the pictures!

Playing at the park!
This was Sarah's first time at the park.
She loved it! Daisy was so kind and
helped her play. She is a great big sis!

Sarah's favorite thing was the swing!

Although she did want to be big like
her sister and gave rock climbing a try.

Daisy made it to the top without any
trouble! She's like a monkey!

One day we went to a giant in door
swap meet. They had so much fun stuff!
Me and Daisy both walked away with a
great wig. She is much cuter in hers! :)

The weather was amazing. Daisy and
I hiked to the top of the mountain
behind Grandma's house. The
view is unbelievable!

See what I mean?

Grandpa was patient and always
took the girls along when Puggy
needed to go for a walk. They
loved the "hikes."

Just a random one of Sarah.

Sarah started walking a lot more

while we were there.

Little Monkey

Sarah's first experience with the swing.

Belagio

The Belagio is one of our
favorite places to visit while
we are in Vegas. They have this
amazing garden display in the
center. They switch it up a few
times each year with a new theme
every time.

Rain Rain Go Away!

We have had a few warm days
here and Sarah has loved it.
It rained today and she seemed
a little sad as she watched out
the window. I of course
thought she looked adorable
and had to snap some pictures!

Has Sarah Grown?

2 months

10 months

2 months

11 months
(The reason these two look like they just
got caught is because they did! Ha! Daisy
took Sarah down to her playroom to
play. I went down to check and found this.
So, I ran and got the camera. Priceless!)

Winter Fun

Sarah's Favorite Thing About Christmas

New things to chew on!!

Christmas

Christmas was great this year!
We all got what we asked for...
well, except for Chris and he
still doesn't have his present yet!
I asked for a Bosch mixer this
year almost as a joke. I never
thought Chris would actually get
me one! I was super excited and
could wait to use it. I immediately
pulled it out...hence the lack of
pictures of it being clean. :)

This is what I made on Christmas
Day while the kids played with their
toys. This recipe is amazing. I made
the bread and rolls from start to
finish in less than an hour!!
(including baking!)
Now the fun pics!
Daisy was spoiled as usual. Santa
brought her a vanity and all the
fun girly stuff that goes with it!

Sarah's favorite toy was this
Leapster activity table.

She also found this pop-up toy
exciting!

Daisy got some new games for her
leapster.
Now just so you know I didn't slack
on Chris's present. He will get
a silencer for our .22, but due to
the FBI background check we
haven't received it yet. (I'm
really not a bad wife that doesn't
buy her hubby gifts!)
