Today Mamaw and Papaw G, Uncle Joe, and Mamaw Pat came over to watch the UK vs UofL basketball game. It's a huge rivalry around here. Papaw G roots for the Cards, so he made a napkin to show his support. Julia made her own napkin. Thatta girl!

We had almost 60 degree weather today, so we spent alot of time outside. I took Gus for a 1 mile walk this morning, we worked on cleaning up the wood piles in the back yard (deck scraps), and we took Gus and the kids to a park and hiked.

Julia decided that for her birthday (Jan 7th) that she wanted Brody to spend the night (her first sleepover). We decided to do it early while the kids are on Christmas Break from school. We went to Chuck-E-Cheese, bowling, played with Silly String, and camped out in sleeping bags under the Christmas tree.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NONNA!

Yesterday Julia went with me to run a few errands. We ate Cracker Barrel for breakfast. It was nice to have some time alone with my big girl. Last night Joe and Nikole came over for pizza and a movie. This morning I am getting a massage (I am finally using a gift card Clay gave me for Valentine's Day)!!!

Clay put Kat's scooter together and she had fun riding it.

Congratulations Joe and Nikole on your engagement!!!

Yesterday we loaded up the family (and Gus) and went to Pet Smart to buy some toys for Gus to chew on. It was as crazy as it sounds.

The girls love to hold him and snuggle him.

I believe we are going to have a 50 pound lap dog.

Clay's freshmen roommate from college came by for a visit. He declared that our house is "crazy". Clay and I just laughed because everyone was happy and playing good together at the moment. Come back another time for some crazy John! We've got plenty of it!

Last night we went to Mamaw and Bapaw's house to visit with Ma-Maw and Pa-Paw C before they head home today.

We went to Mamaw and Bapaw's last night to exchange gifts and have dinner with the family. Four generations with all four Great Grandparents still living. What a blessing!

Day 24 of 25 Days of Christmas Activities: We had a Christmas Eve Cookie Party/White Elephant Gift Exchange today at our house. Tonight we went to church. I love the Christmas Eve service!
