"The fundamental mission of motherhood now is the same as it always was: to nurture, protect, and instruct children, to create a home environment that enables them to learn and grow, to help them develop a heart for God and his purposes, and to send them out into the world prepared to live both fully and meaningfully."

-Sally Clarkson from the Mission of Motherhood

Easter

We started Easter weekend with an egg hunt at Clark's school.  For some reason Blogger is putting my pics out of order.  :(
Go!

Sweet little class

Then on Good Friday we went to a super fun Purdy Easter party at the Smith's house.
The best sibling shot we could get!

Back to the egg hunt at Clark's school...
I got to see him be the lunch helper.

Precious picture!  Clark leading his class in the blessing.

It was just us at home this Easter.  We had a nice, quiet weekend.
We decorated eggs

...after we dyed them...
I cooked Easter dinner----had to make the deviled eggs!

Easter basket goodies:

Yes, she got a wastebasket for her room, but it was really needed.

My Easter bunnies!

Happy Easter!

MC is 13 months

Just a few shots from the month...
Learning how to slide

She LOVES animals (stuffed or real)

The hair is wild

Daddy thinks it's funny to comb her hair like a mullet.  Poor baby

And now she's almost 14 months!  waaahhh!!!
