Peaches

I have been very busy this past week. I received a lot of peaches and needed to can them quickly before they went bad. I canned 52 quarts of peaches, 19 pints of jam and 21 quarts of peach pie filling. The filling used up the bulk of the peaches which was nice because I still had a bunch left over. But it feels nice to have all this food. I can't wait to try the filling!
