DOLLY!!!!!!

August 13, 2016 is a day we will all remember forever!  It was time to see Mrs. Dolly Parton in concert!!  CeCe had her outfit planned for weeks and looked so super cute!

It was the best show ever.  She played so many of our favorite songs and we sang and danced and loved every minute!

We went to the first Houston High football home game a few weeks ago.  It was crowded but fun!

First Day of School

August 8th brought the start of a new school year.  We were not ready but they are LOVING school this year!!

Bryce (best picture he would give me, he was nervous!) --5th grade.  Last year in Elementary school:( He has Mr. Bozeman for homeroom.  Mr. Bozeman is a Mississippi State fan and a history buff....  Bryce loves him!  Mrs. Guynes is his Language Arts teacher.  She recently graduated from State and goes back for most baseball and football games.  And she goes to our church.....he loves her too!  He's warmed up to his math teacher, Mrs. Coleman as the year has progressed.  He has a class full of friends and most of them play baseball so he sees them on the weekends at tournaments and they play football at recess.  This has been by far his best year of school yet!

This little bird started 2nd grade!  I can't believe my baby is old enough for 2nd grade!!  She also LOVES school this year.  Her teacher (Mrs. O'brien) is new to Dogwood and I was nervous but she has been fantastic.  CeCe is learning so much and loves everything they are doing in class.  She has a class full of sweet girls and looks forward to school every day!

St. Louis

At the end of July we went to St. Louis to spend a weekend with the Sponsellers.  It was a great fun filled weekend!  We started with a trip to a small water park.  The kids had a blast!

We spent a fun day at the City Museum, so much fun that I took zero pictures!  The kids roasted marshmallows for smores that night

One of their friends gave Evan a sports trivia game from 1998.  The boys wanted to play it and ended up crushing their dads in the game!  It was awesome!!

The next week CeCe had a few days of cheer camp.  She loved it of course!

Borden Family Reunion

Way back at the end of July we had a great weekend with my Dad's extended family at Lake Martin.  We have come to look so forward to this reunion!  All the cousin fun is amazing!

On the way to the reunion we stopped at Natural Bridge park in AL.  It was beautiful!
