We are finally all moved in to the new house. It was a pretty easy move I guess. (I was way more stressed out about it then, but I can say that it was easy now that it is over!)
The big stories of the week involve THE DOG!!! I was so worried about Bryce needing something that I forgot to leave out or that he would get sick and need this medicine or that medicine, but I never thought Reagan would have issues. Last Wednesday (the day the movers loaded the truck) we woke up and she had a bloody hot spot on her neck, so we took her to the vet and they loaded her up with pills and a spray. Fast forward to Friday (the day the movers unloaded the truck in FL). She threw up at least 15-20 times that day. We have a nice reminder of that day on our brand new carpet that we see every time we go out the back door. Not her fault I know, but any other day would have been better. The cleaning supplies were all packed up and it took too long to find the carpet cleaner and the stain set in. We have tried everything to get it up. Any suggestions??!! She has never spent the night outside before but we couldn't let her in on the carpet since she was vomiting so much. So her awesome Daddy slept outside with her!! Our first night in the new house with furniture and Anthony slept on an air mattress on the back porch with Reagan. She is fine now, loves barking at the poor dogs next door and exploring her new backyard.
Bryce spent the weekend in Gulf Shores with my parents, sister and her husband. He had a blast.
Cappy said everyone at the Beach Club knew who Bryce was!
A HUGE thanks to all of our parents. We wouldn't have made it through this move without all of you! Anthony's parents put at least a thousand miles on their car going from West Point to
Millbrook to Pensacola back to West Point and then did it all again! They dealt with the movers so Bryce and I could come and go like usual. And my parents let Bryce stay with them on their vacation. I think they loved it though.
Bryce has a cold now. Runny nose, sneezing and lots of coughing. He is acting like he feels fine though, no fever so we just wait it out.
I'll post pictures of the new house soon, I promise!
