oh how we love you. i'm so happy that we bought this condo - it has been so amazing being in our young ward, living by our closest friends and enjoying all that this condo had to offer. it has been bittersweet leaving our condo and then into a home! here's a list of some events/memories of our 2 years spent at birch....
-made some of the bestest friends
-got some major callings in our ward....RS 1st counselor/Young Mens 1st counselor
-got our first puppy Marley
-had our first trial/heartbreak when our puppy passed
-grew up quickly paying a mortgage, for toilet paper, and toothpaste
-learned that I need to cook before we go broke buying fastfood (i have been FYI and i'm lovin it!)
-that the freedom of being married is so awesome! we can go anywhere we want, when we want
-no one to report to....we're enjoying our FREEDOM :)
-went on some AMAZING vacations aka 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th honeymoons...please let those continue:)
-learning that once something breaks in your home...well we have to pay for it (thats a fun one:)
-spending every Friday in bed watching the soup with dave
-having afternoon Sunday brunches with our ward friends
-teaching relief society for the first time/teaching at all for the first time ever for that matter....
-going to church without anyone telling you to is so much better then feeling forced to...
-realizing that dave is a better person than i in the whole "love thy neighbor" ideology
-loving the fact that our first year of marriage was not the worst thing ever...like so many say
-became more and more grateful for our amazing parents and all that they did for us and still do
-realizing that PTI and sportscenter are just going to be a staple show in our home. i can't win.
-and much much more.....
