Future Winter Harvest Is In the Ground

Hey everyone, this post is a bit over due, but for the most part the crops that will be harvested during the winter have been all planted! There has been in fact already some baby pac choic greens and arugula harvested, eaten and sold (at the farmers market up in Okemos)! Anyway, for those who have been part of the action beginning well more than a year ago, I've finally gotten some pictures of some of the workdays here. Stay tuned for the "how to" video.
