We love to go camping and boating at Flaming Gorge every summer. It is so great to be able to get away to such a beautiful place so close to home! The grandkids were all very excited to get on the boat and go tubing, and they had a lot of fun on shore making sand castles, going for walks, playing "corn hole", hanging out with their friends and cousins, and hunting for crawdads with their flashlights in the lake at night. The adults did their fair share of wake boarding, cliff jumping, and relaxing. The weather was a little iffy sometimes, but nobody really noticed or cared. Fun, fun, weekend!

We boated all the way down to the dam from State Line Cove, and had a picnic. Marvin
says it's at least 20 miles by water. |

| Kolten and Kaylee at the dam. They looked for wildlife there and found a chipmunk, marmot, and a bunch of lizards. They were hoping for something a little bigger I think. LOL |
