It's been almost a YEAR since I've blogged!  The entire set up of blogger is different!  How sad is that?!  Well I'm going to try and get back into blogging... I've been a bit busy lately, as I type this, I'm holding a sleeping 6 month old in my arms, picture that!  But I really want to get on the blog wagon again!  I'll be playing catch up for awhile...  Wish me luck!  Also, I'm going private!  If you want to keep up with us leave me your email address and I'll add ya!! My Great Gram~

May 30, 1913 ~ March 27, 2012

My sweet sweet Great Gram passed away last night, very peacefully.  Just the way she should have passed!  I believe she was waiting for my Grandpa to get there to say his Goodbyes.  He arrived earlier in the day and she passed that evening.  What a blessing!  She is now reunited with my Great Grandpa who passed away 17 years ago.

After I found out I was pregnant we went to Disneyland for our last time the end of September and went by my Gram's house.  I really had a feeling that something was going to happen to her and I wasn't going to be able to make it because I'd either be to pregnant or had just had a baby.  Well I was right, she passed 6 days before McKenna is scheduled to arrive!  She was an amazing women with so much love.  She always gave to anyone in need.  As a young child I remember her and my Great Grandpa had kids they sent money to over seas, like those commercials and they would get pictures of them.  I loved that!  She bought me all the American Girl dolls over the years, I love that collection! So many memories of this wonderful woman.  I'm so glad our two oldest will have wonderful memories of their Great Great Gram!

McKenna's baby shower was AMAZING!  I wasn't allowed to know anything about it!!  All I knew was what the invite looked like... Only because I made it Ü  They knew I could sit down and make something in photoshop a lot faster then they could!  So my Mom just told me to make it look how I wanted it to look and that was the only thing I knew! Ü

 

So for 2 weeks before the shower I wasn't allowed over at my Mom's house, if I did go over I had to give her "notice" that I was coming! Haha!

So the day of, I was told to go through the front door when I arrived, and I was so surprised!!

The theme was OLD HAT  NEW HAT

Which was Rylee's (little girl McKenna is named after) favorite book!  I read that book to her so many times I can't even tell you!  Both my kids have copies and I can quote it word for word! Ü

   My Mom had gone through the book and made real hats from it!!  They were adorable!  Also here in the entry way she had a couple pictures of Rylee and a big Old Hat New Hat book for the guests to sign for McKenna Ü

It was great day!! So thankful for friends and family that showed their love for us that day!! Now we have a pile of baby stuff, bring on the BABY!! Ü

February Catch Up~

Our month of February has been busy!!

We drove up to Hurricane for a mission farewell, one of Brian's priests was leaving and we told him we'd come up!  Any excuse to get up there, we'll take!!
Sadly I hardly took any pictures...  We quickly learned that Bo rules Grandpa and Grandma's house! Haha!  Apparently, Brian was in his spot!

We stopped in Vegas and went to the Pawn Stars Pawn Shop...  It was a lot smaller then I pictured!  But we can say we've been there! Ü

  

This is Brian's favorite place to come relax after work... Watching the fish and Rusty makes the best pillow! Ü  

Kernan got to go with Daddy and his scouts on one of their camping trips...  

  

  

We got to go to Wicked again!!  

My Mom and I have been before, but this time we took Maci, Jaxin, my Grandma and Jourdan with us.  Just as good the second time as it was the first! Ü  

Now pictures from my Baby Shower!!  Since my Grandma was in town for Wicked we had a baby shower for McKenna and I while she was here... My Mom amazed me!!  Just you wait and see!! Ü

Kernan had a lot of fun playing basketball this year!  That's all the matters, right?!  He spent a lot of his time in "la-la" land, giggling or dancing... But he had fun!!  We'll get more serious about it as he gets older! haha!

The Suns gave all the kids that played 2 tickets to a game... So Brian and Kernan got to go!
 They had nose bleed seats, but by the look on his face, he doesn't seem to bothered!
 After the game, the kids were allowed to go down on the court and attempt to make a basket.

The coaches gave all the kids these certificates, Kernan was the most enthusiastic for sure!! 
 

Kernan has so much fun!  Next sport... Soccer but not until the fall.

Supercross Race 2012~

In January Brian and I took the kids to the Supercross race... We were SO excited!  Brian and Stockton went last year while we were on one of our Disney trips... So the rest of us were excited to get to go this year!

We went early to the pits to get some signatures, I waited in line for James Stewart while the rest of them went and watched them practice...

While I was waiting in line Ryan Dungey came out and went right in front of me on his way to practice...

 Bubba is my favorite rider, so my belly and I had to get a picture with him! Ü Next year I think it would be fun to get a picture of McKenna, Bubba and I!
 

All Kernan cares about is that the Black and Yellow guy wins! Lol!  So #24 is the "black and yellow" guy Brian thought of! haha!
