My 1st Grader!

Today was Spencer's first day of school .... he's a 1st grader!!! I have to say that I have a little bit of anxiety to think about him staying at school all day long. Thankfully this week is going to be a short day week (not sure why but I thought it was weird) so I can start my anxiety again next week :) I asked him after school how it went and he said "AWESOME" ... he was really excited to meet his new teacher, new friends and to eat at school. But having 3 recesses I think is what he's looking forward to the most! haha

Keep Moving at 8 Months

A little update of what Mason is been up to lately ...

These are some of his favorite places to go around the house. Going to the bathroom and pushing shampoo down in the bathtub is a must. There's a spot behind the piano that he goes there all the time. And he's always trying to get my "mirror down" in my bedroom. Thankfully he has not succeed it yet :)  

This is his favorite thing to do - Making a mess! He loves to open drawers and get everything he can out of it. 

And here's his new thing - Pushing things around.

I just want to squeeze him all day long!!!

Two in One Week

Mason got his first little tooth showing at 7 months old! A few days later the second one broke through. Both within one week. The first one was kind of a surprise to me. I had a feeling he was teething but I was not sure. It was really fun when I felt the tooth. The kids loved it! Then a few days later he was so grumpy and I knew another one was on its way. He didn't have a fever but I gave him some Tylenol to help with the pain .. poor little guy.

NOW, hopefully he won't bite me ... he's done it before and it's not fun!
