My Little Busy Body Boy - Mason

Unfortunately I've been horrible blogging this Summer.  We've been having fun for sure but a lot of great Summer things we've done are not being recorded here. Including the rapid changes of Mason;


By the time he turned 6 months he was pretty much crawling and already showed interest in food. I don't introduce food to my kids until they are 6 months old. I bought this little net you can put fruits and veggies in it and he can hold it by himself. I love seeing his messy face eating his food. Here's a few pics of him exploring food.

First time he "ate" something besides milk. I think it was watermelon.

I really can't complain about the way he's been eating. He grabs those little graduates really well and loves munching on those MUM MUM crackers. When is time to eat, he simply open his mouth and ... eats! 

Mason is definitely one of mine kids = BUSY BODY!! He just turned 7 months yesterday and between 6 months and yesterday he went from starting to crawl to: 

- kneeling by himself

- actually crawling fast and exploring the whole house

- sitting up on his own

- pulling himself up - That's his favorite thing to do. He grabs on anything and just stands up! I've already lowered his crib mattress. It's so cute, when he's awake from his naps, he stands up and face the door while waiting for me. I looooove it!!  

- He loves his siblings and always makes his way to where they are. It's funny because Isabella and Spencer sometimes are not very gentle playing with him but the little stinker likes it!! haha

- He's so curious about things. He's always grabbing something and when we go to a different place he looks around and observes everything. 

- He's been sleeping on his stomach since even before he turned 6 months. I don't put him down on his stomach. He just makes his way there on his own sometime after I put him to sleep. 

- Loves the jump

- He says DA-DA and make lots of other noises. Yeah, another talker.

I am so in love with this kid .. it hurts! haha. He is such a fun baby and I feel so blessed to have Mason in our family.
