Spencer had a great time at the circus on Friday. His friends Macoy and Dede came along to add more fun to our little adventure. He loved the clowns. I love you son!

Wes has been working a ton up at Mt. Aire to finish the bathroom/storage room before snow comes (yes, we miss him ;). I've been trying to keep some pictures going to see the progress. Besides the foundation, he is pretty much doing it all by himself. I am so proud of him!

Spencer and Bella were being so funny the other day! I heard them laughing and when I got to Bellas' room they were pretending they were sleeping. So they would "sleep" then "wake up" laughing. I thought it was so cute!

I am officially a soccer mom :D

Look at my little boy! He is now on a soccer league! His team is called the "Black Dragons" :) Coincidentally, that is the same name Wes's soccer team was in Junior High ... how cool is that?! Spencer had so much fun on his first day! It is funny because, even though the coach tells them the rules, they pretty much run after the ball without really knowing what they are doing ... ahahah ... Thanks to Grandma who came to see Spencer today.

Hiking Up .. Falling Down ..

Well, this was one of those "not so fun" hikes. We went to Mt.Aire for a mellow evening hike/motorcycle ride, however it turned out to be a really rough hike to do with kids and shorts, let me tell yeah! Plus, I fell down with Spencer on the motorcycle and that didn't help :( .. rsrs ... Anyway, we ended up laughing about it later and, at least, we were able to spend some time together and I got some pictures of my cute family ;)

It is so beautiful up there ... the leaves are changing and it is looking more and more like Fall ...

Yee Haw Cowboy!

Spencer loves horses ... he is always "riding" his imaginary horse and along with that he uses Wes's bungee cord around his waist, plus a hat. Well, he finally found a "real" cowboy hat the other day at Walmart and we could not resist the cuteness and we ended up buying it for him. He loves it and wears it all the time. Grandpa and uncle Jay will be proud Spencer :D






This picture was taken last Spring in San Diego. That is Jay's cowboy hat. I can almost hear his fun laugh!

My kids and their "goggies"

If you know my kids, you know that they love their goggies (aka: security blankets). Spencer was just learning how to speak and he couldn't say "blanky" so he started to say "goggie". Now we all call it goggie, including Bella. To be honest, I like how they have something to calm them. When Bella is crying, I always see Spencer looking for her goggie and he gives it to her for comfort. It is so cute! I hear "I love my goggie" at least 2 times a day from Spencer .. rsrs .. I wonder how long they will be attached to it ...



For some reason, they love to drink their morning milk on the kitchen floor ... cuties!

I am so excited for my photography class to start in a couple of weeks, in the mean time, I've been having fun taking pictures up at Mt. Aire. With Fall just around the corner, I can't wait for reds, oranges, yellows ...

No labor on Labor Day

Yesterday the kids and I went boating with Joe, Emily and Mike. They are so cool and fun. We had a blast. That little boat is the coolest! Joe even taught me how to drive it! Yes, notice who is driving in the first picture baby!
Way to go Joe and Dacia in getting this boat ... and thanks for sharing it too :)

It is a girl thing

I am so excited because Bella wore headbands this whole weekend! If you have a girl you know what I mean .. Girls = dresses, shoes, flowers, headbands ... and Bella always took her headbands off. So I decided to try again and, for most of the time, she kept it on!! So I had to take some picture just because she looked so adorable and I am not sure how long it will last :) Also, I got some awesome pictures of Spencer. He is so photogenic! What a handsome little boy. Big thanks to Dacia for teaching me how to do collages. I love it!

Time to go to school ... already?

Last week Spencer started Joy School. My little boy is growing! He is on the waiting list for preschool, and I hope so bad he gets in. In the meantime, he is having a blast with his Joy School friends. This week was my turn to teach and it was so fun! For me, the most rewarding part is when Wes asks him what he learned that day and he tells him the letter and words that starts with that letter too. It is amazing how fast kids learn! Whether he gets to preschool or not, we are doing Joy School for sure.
