Today I went to church and what I've been hearing from Him the last 2 days were reinforced. Coincidental? I think not..

Worship was about surrendering the things that we hold dear to Him. And sermon was on evangelism. Things have never been so clear. Even during SG and YM prayer, it linked back to surrendering to Him because what we have was given by Him and we have no right to not give them back to Him. Why shd we worry about these things we want so close to us when we know He'll look after them just like He has always been doing.

I LOVE MY FRIENDS!!! :)

I've been having a really really wonderful week.. And all I can do is smile smile smile.. with a few exceptions..

I've been working on a little project which you shall see later in pics.. goes to show what things I can think of doing in my free time.. haha :p

Besides that.. I did more shopping.. AGAIN this wk!!! Die ah die!! *shakes head* but.. I'm a happy BROKE gal.. haha I got my skirt from Forever21 thanks to Disa and her casanova colleague. Thank you, Thank you!! Think I've really been going on a shopping frenzy man.. But I'm satisfied with my loot. heh.

Also got to meet up with Karthi and I got a nice surprise. He presented me with a lovely gift I didn't expect at all from him n Johnny.. Thank you guys!! :)

And of cos finally the LOLOS meet!! Although it was juz for a few short hours.. cos Disa and Ame had stuff on.. Meet again ah!! :) We shall have our long long talks again.. I miss that. But I had fun. We had ice cream and more shopping of cos.. haha

Read a few old friends' blogs.. Hearing them tok bout the past after yesterday's mini gathering.. Those really were the days weren't they? Purposely going to school early every morning to copy hw.. Esp. Chinese and poor Wanlin had to lend us her work to copy.. And how apt tat she's Miss Goh now n teaching Mandarin.. haha

Yes Xian, I miss the amt of noise the ppl at our side make too.. Passing Clorets around thanks to Ivan huh huh? :p Making noise at Youren n KK together. Damn funny lah.. and Ling's side too.. with Fadzry and Thashalan.. haha I miss singing and toking in class wif Jun, esp. during Lit.. cos we'd be toking while Rajah focused her attention on the 4/1 ppl.. (think she see us too much sian of our faces haha) I miss our PE lessons where we always joked around cos we got Ho as our teacher. I miss Qiyang and his nonsense with Farhan. Asraf the shy guy and his artwork.. haha Mrs Lim and her.. "No time, no time" (while pointing at her watch n shaking her head). I miss hearing Xian disturbing Rajah bout Kamlesh and Desai.. haha and toking bout Jared Oh.. (I haven't 4gotten ok :p)

I like how we all didn't do our Chinese hw except for a few and we got chased out of class and was made to stand outside by Tan Teck Yong.. but we were toking n enjoying ourselves.. haha toking to ppl who walked pass.. Hiding our thick thick Chem, Physics n Amaths tb in the class cupboards.. haha or borrowing TYS from 4/5 in stacks cos we all didn't bring.. haha and how the class helped us by watching us practise our dance for Talentime and giving us constructive criticism to improve.

Come to think of it.. our class was really a mixed up bunch of ppl.. we may not have spoken to everyone in the class but still we managed to get along and get things done when we needed 2. Damn fun lah..

If I could turn back time.. I would go back to our Sec4 yr.. it was one of the best yrs I ever had.. stress.. but not stressed cos we had each other. Studying 2gether at BK, EXPO.. haha but ended up toking more den studying :x Sure there are things I would have changed if I could.. but it's all those experiences that make it all that more memorable.. :) I'm smiling even now as I think back.. Life was full of twists and turns and ups and downs but we all pulled thru 2gether.

Telling me so many lies.. tsk tsk :p Thank you guys for making the effort to come down today and giving me a surprise! Will never 4get this for the rest of my life. :)

It was sort of a class gathering cum a little 'farewell' tingy (since I'm not leaving yet..) and we had makan at Marche followed by chll out session at Starbucks. I was surprised by some of the ppl who came but I'm nontheless grateful and thankful. Glad I got to catch up a bit on who's doing what after so many many yrs, and finally got to see Dag who disappeared for like 4ever, and Bryan and Phil who juz booked out yesterday!!! heh

Really thank you for today guys!! :) And especially Ivan for being stressed so much cos of tis.. haha :p

Caught Mr & Mrs Smith today! Woohoo!! Happening show! Another must watch. It's damn funny ah.. and I just fell in love with Angelina Jolie today. haha. Didn't really pay much attention to her b4.. but after watching this.. I've juz fallen in love with her.. haha. Brad Pitt doesn't interest me :p

Back from camp yesterday. Had lotsa fun :) Priscilla's talks were good, but elective was better! Dance Babey! :) Games were good too. And thanks to dance and the games.. my whole body was aching since the first day of camp till now.

And of cos how could I 4get my wonderful grp. GENESIS! Had lots of laughs in the grp and I tink we put up a stellar performance though we didn't win the talentime.. it doesn't matter. We still had fun!

When I was...
Describe your teenage years in less than 5 sentences.

When I was 12, all I knew was to play silly games, listen to really poppy music and write in autograph books so much that me and my girlfriends used to go to a bookshop at 201 to buy coloured pens all the time. I don't really remember studying much for the PSLE but I was pretty happy with the results.

When I was 13, I met 3 very good friends Yan, Ling and Joanne and we hung out practically all the time. I remember our class always meeting at the gazebo at the old school compound b4 school started EVERYDAY and we would all be eating lollipops provided by the guys. Us 4 gals would also fantasize about ANGEL4 (my gdness.. haha) and I still remember what Yan told us to imagine about hearing ppl cheering in this huge stadium.. rite.. :p

When I was 14, I drifted away from Joanne cos she switched class :( but I also got to know a lot more other ppl esp. after we shifted school compound. Loved my class a lot 2/7! Woohoo! The class was pretty crazy but we all loved each other.. I tink.. Haha remembered on a particular history class we all saboed each other cos we all couldn't answer qns n a lot of us ended up standing outside class.. haha oh oh! and we formed Burn :) singing practices at my place and swimming sessions! N Baggy jeans!! haha

When I was 15, me and Ling stuck 2gether in 3/4. Lucky I had her and also got to know Junie Baby :) Still continued our singing and it was also the yr I QUIT NETBALL! Woohoo!! And joined Dance, one of the best decisions I've ever made. heh Also made a few boo boos r/s wise, being the immature me at that time. Was also the time when Ling and I started to hang out a lot with the guys and our grades started to drop!! But who cares.. the fun and craziness was shiok.. haha skipping school to play CS, chalets, chalets and more chalets. haha

When I was 16, it was pretty much like Sec 3 cos same class mah.. but I won't 4get Talentime/SYF :) Dance dance Babey! Studying at EXPO for the prelims and Os was pretty fun, thanks to the company. Again I had r/s boo boos and was hit pretty bad. But I came out stronger. Became much more involved in church as well :)

When I was 17, the 1st 6 mths were pretty relac, going for a lot of courses and seminars. Super involved in church and was on a real spiritual high, one of the best times I ever had man. I got the results I needed to get into the course I wanted and was damn happy. Also learnt a very important lesson about r/s. School started.. haha and I met my wonderful poly mates!

When I was 18, got closer to a lot of my poly ppl esp. my wonderful Lolos. Played a lot! haha u noe.. I can't really remember what happened here.. :p all I noe was play play play! haha n projects, projects, projects..

When I was 19, CMM was practically my life.. cos of Single Cam.. all the late hours in the studios.. but it was FUN!!! :) I love all the projects we did and Little Big Productions! woohoo! and of cos after tat it was slogging my guts out at Shell where I met wonderful colleagues :) and also of cos learned a lot of lessons from them and through work..

As for my 20th yr.. I'm still only halfway in.. but I can say with all the shit we had to go through this 1st half of the yr, I've learned many valuable lessons esp. in terms of relationship with many many ppl. Will let you guys noe how the 2nd half of the yr goes.. :)

Juz came back from YLR. I would say the sessions were all pretty good but there's still a lot of things that I need to settle first. Get my heart right again. Ministry right now isn't really the top of my priorities.. Wonder how camp will go.. Hmm..

Hey ppl.. Missing me again? :p I'm sorry I've been missing and ya'll have been tash deprived for the past few days (except for those who saw me). haha it's juz tat I've been busy slacking and preparing for the YLR.

And well.. my used-to-be-non-existent-movie-life has been rather happening lately as well. I managed to catch Monster-in-law & Madagascar. Both thumbs up :) but Madagascar was pretty short, would have been better if it was longer. But I still love the animals.. Penguins! Monkeys! haha still got a lot movies to catch though.

Oh n I caught A Lot Like Love through certain means.. haha it'll be out soon in the cinemas so look out for it.. I tink it's a lovely show.. though I noe some ppl would complain bout it being boring.. haha

And well.. my dear Bryan and Phil are going in this Fri n Sat respectively. Take care my dear bois :)
