We Are Ready To Start The New Year!

Well we are moved in and the old apartment is clean. When I say we are moved in I mean all of our stuff is at the new house. We have started to put it all away and thanks heavens for Husbands. I didn't feel like up packing yesterday so while I sat in bed with my sick 2 year old, and watched movies, my husband unpacked box after box and moved everything where I wanted it to be.

We love the new house. Betsey loves that she has her own room! Sometimes she wants Livvy to sleep in her room but then I explain that she wouldn't have room to play. The boys love that their room is UPSTAIRS! I like that the TV is upstairs and that I can play the radio and they can watch TV at the same time. Kayla I think is still a little lost. She's not sure where she belongs. And yesterday she just didn't feel good, so that didn't help any. But the best part that we have found that makes up want to live there forever is that while I was being lazy in bed, a whole herd of Deer walked through our back yard! The kids went crazy! They thought it was the coolest thing. And Kayla will still go look our our bedroom window to see if they came back. We even took pictures. So when we get the computer set up maybe I will add some photos.

HERE WE MOVE AGAIN!

Yep our lease is up in January and we have been looking for a place to go. Hoping for somewhere closer to the PG branch. Well just yesterday I was talking to a member here at the branch and asked her if she was ready for Christmas and she said that she wasn't because they were moving and that she was waiting to set the tree up in the new place. I mentioned that we were also going to be moving but didn't know where. She offered to rent us the top floor of their house. I asked her how big it was and she said 5 bedroom 3 bath. And because she knows me she is going to give us an amazing deal! So I talked to Glen and then I called her back. She said that they were moving out this weekend but that she wanted to take her time to move. So we said that would be great. Glen went to talk to the management about our 30 day notice. They wanted to know if we could be out by Jan 1st because they had someone who wanted a ground level because they had 3 kids. So we called the new people back and asked she said that she wanted to talk to her husband but that it should be okay. So without looking at it we said that we wanted to do it. I will drive by it tonight. Oh yeah it is in Orem at 511 West 2000 North like 5 minutes from the branch and in between the Wood's and the Pratt's. I am so excited! So sight unseen let's hope we like it Right!!!

7 RANDOM THINGS ABOUT ME!

Well here we go.....

1-no matter how many minutes and or texts are included in my plan I somehow always find a way to add extra charges to my phone bill....(sorry Nathan)

2-I got married the 25th of June and April got married the 26th, the ramdom ness is that I had my first baby April 9th and she had hers april 10th

3-I had a baby 22 days before my birthday and another one 22 days after my birthday. (just different years)

4-I have 5 brothers and Glen has 5 brothers.

5-I was baptized in Spanish

6-I like to shop for pens and office supplies.

7-I want to have boy/girl twins in April or May of 2012!

A New Baby!!!!

A new arrival and It's not mine!!!!! Jenna and Wendell just had #5! They now have 3 boys and 2 girls. They are going to name him Cowen Beck. I am not sure if that is how they are going to spell it but it's cute!

I just took Livvy to Wic to recertify and they told me that she is too little. I like her that way. And it's not that I am starving her. She has just always been little. I then took Kayla and CJ to have their hearing tested, because the school said that CJ didn't pass his test and the peditrician worried that Kayla doesn't talk. Surprise Surprise they both hear just fine. Then I filled out all the paperwork for the housing authority and met with them after being on a waiting list for over a year, and once again we don't qualify by 50 dollars. I am so sick of wasting my time by trying to just have a normal life. I am not going to do anything else that anyone tells me to do about Kayla not talking, CJ not hearing and Livvy being too small.

The week only gets better...... I had to take the kids to the dentist.... oh boy was that not fun. Anthony who hates the vaccum screamed but did okay, he ended up with a mini root canal. CJ ended up with a silver crown, and betsey just ended her time with this dentist yep they won't see her again because she is not able to hold still. Yeah she is stronger then Anthony was and I could not hold her down. The tempory that they put in may not even hold so I have to go find a pedadontist. Fun Stuff! Anyway I need to run. Congrats to Wendell and Jenna... can't wait to see "little" Beck!

No Monkey Could Fix This One!!

Hey the computers are back up around my house. We thought that we may have to wait for awhile before we were going to be able to get the computer back up because we thought that we would have to take it to someone who "knew" computers. But nope my husband is amazing and he not only got it to work he got the laptop to work off the same network and I can now blog and watch TV a the same time. Way to go Babe! Thank You so much.....this also means that I can finally set up my ipod!

Bloggers Beware!

So we went to family cake and ice cream on Sunday, Yep my birthday, and I told the fam that we now have a family blog... and boy was that fun. Jenna told me that she is a blogger and so we added her to the list of hot spots. Well then Tiffany wanted in on it so we made her a spot. Hopefully she has blogges just a little. Anyway my reason for blogging is because I am getting frustrated. I just paid the rent and I had to go into the overdraft to have it clear yeah that is us living beyond our means. Our Lease is up in January and we have to move but we can't afford to buy anything right now. And we can't afford to rent anything half decent and big enough for our famiy! I just don't know what we are going to do. But I was talking to Kellie at the Credit Union today and asked her if she had any ideas on how we can get out of debt. I knew what she was going to say and she did! Quit eating out! I have finaly gotten to the point where I don't want to spend the money on fast food but I haven't quit yet! So here it comes.... I can not and will not go out to eat anymore until my credit cards and my overdraft are all paid off and I have 200.00 in savings. I know it's not a lot but it is $1000.00 more than I have now! But with one exception we have already made plans to go with Shawn and Nikki this weekend. Also no more drinks at the gas stations and no more buying stupid little things that I don't need. Oh boy this might be the hardest thing I do in my life! Here goes........

Halloween At The Credit Union!

Yep I had to do it the whole group of us dressed up as Harry Potter since we turned the branch into Hogwarts! Jeff plays a great Hagrid, Tiffany as Snape, Mal as Ginny Weasley, Kellie as Hermionie, Bryan as Ronald Weasley, Steve played Draco Malfoy and last but not least Gerald as Harry Potter! Can you guess who they made me be........ yep Mrs.Weasely. It was fun. We had potluck and pizza. What more can you ask for Food and Fun and Friends!

Betsey Gets Bit!

Haven't updated the blog latley because my home computer is on the fritz. It won't load our internet pages so I can't even surf the net. Let alone update anything. Now there is my husband's laptop but it has so much stuff on it that is goes really slow and it needs to have the Operating system deleted and put back on so all the programs work again. So when I get the computer up and running I will add a photo of this stuff....

Anyway as the title says Betsey got bit..yep she was hanging out with Dad and CJ who had found a snake outside our apartment. Well Glen was helping the children "look at the snake" which meant he picked it up. Well he went to show it to Betsey and because all the kids were crowding the snake got nervous and bit Betsey on the finger! She pulled back and the snake was dropped and slithered away. Glen called poison control and they told him how to take care of the bite. Thank Heavens it was only a garden snake. She is doing fine but I don't think we will be picking up any more snakes anytime soon!

Do I Really Need to Blog!

I don't know if I am going to continue to Blog... I can't figure out how to make this look good.... Oh well here is some more of my family.... hopefully soon I will have birthday cake pictures up from Kayla's Birthday until then let talk Disney!!!
Crazy wait I know let's call them all "GOOFY" we loved visiting ToonTown because we had the chance to see all the houses of the Disney Crew! I liked Goofy's the best. But that is probably because they didn't have a whole house for TinkerBell.. She is my favorite!

Both boys got a chance to go through Jedi Training... CJ got to fight Darth Vader and Anthony fought Darth Maul! We waited and watched like 3 shows so that both boys would have a chance up on Stage! They loved it I wish the video camera hadn't died when it did because then I could have gotten video of both boys. But Pictures are worth a thousand words Right! Well I am going to finish this entry another day because it is 12:30 am and I need to go to bed!

I am trying to figure out how to make my blog look cute but I never have time to figure out the ins and outs of this program so I guess I will just have to keep playing with it.

Livvy Survives Another Round!

Livvy had a Doctor's appointment on Friday!

We vistited Dr. Anderson and we had the normal round of shots. She was placed into a study on a new vaccine. So we did all the fun stuff. But we left with a 25$ gift card to Target, a prescription for Amoxiccilin, and ear ache, 3 bandaids, and an order to have a sonogram done to the bottom of her feet to find out what the bumps are. Lots of fun Hugh!

So we went to Timpanogos Hospital on Monday for the sonogram which went really good once Daddy sugested that we make her a bottle so that she would hold still. The Doctor who read the results told us that the bumps are not cists and that they may just go away by molding to her feet when she startes to walk. I don't want her to walk I want her to stay little forever.... So our 4 month old checks out and we are good to go for another 2 months!

Now we just need to surrvive Fall Break with the brothers out of school and This weekend is KAYLA'S BIRTHDAY! she will be two... so watch for birtday pictures comming soon!

This is Kayla she is almost two and only says one word that we have heard clearly. Any guesses on what that word is? Yep its Dad! Kayla loves her daddy and she loves to follow him around the house all day. She is learning sign language but still only knows a few words. But boy oh boy can she scream. She loves Little Einsteins and that is about the only 15 minute break she will give us. She also loves her baby sister Livvy and will give her kisses all day long if we would let her. Everyone one loves Kisses From Kayla!

I am jumping on the band wagon one more time. I have an old blogspot but couldn't ever find the time to keep it updated so now hopefully I will do a better job. So a little bit about myself. Well I am almost 30 and I have 5 kids and a part time job that I absolutely love. I am a scrapper at heart. I used to have time to scrapbook but with 5 kids I am not sure what I get accomplished each day, I just know that I survive!I am married to the best husband in the world. Okay the best husband that I have ever had. Glen does so much for me. He works early mornings and I work afternoons! He has a full time job and he is a full time dad when I go to work. He even gets the homework done with my 2nd grader! Which isn't always easy! Then he also goes out of his way to make me feel like I am the best woman in the world. And that is no easy task!
