Forever Family Day!

Today is our 2 year family day with our Isabella. So much has changed in 2 short years. Izzy has always been a daddy's girl but now she loves Mommy. If you are ever on the phone with me when I walk in the door you will hear Mommy! Mommy! Mommy! along with squeals. We have come a long way from her trying to scratch my eyes out and glaring at me. We can't imagine life without her. Her favorite things include: anything princess, her bubby, riding the school bus, and hats.

Happy Birthday IzzyB
Sunday was Izzy's 4th birthday. We had a birthday party for just the 4 of us as we all are in one stage or another of flu and bronchitis. Here is the down and dirty in pictorial form. The music video will follow in a few days.

Labor Day Weekend at SeaWorld Minus the B
After 2 weeks without Daddy, Austin and I was ready for some more grownup time. We went to SeaWorld with our friends. Since they are the more adventurous type the first stop was Manta, a face down roller coaster. Austin joined them. I, of course sat it out.

After everyone had their fun (they rode twice), we moved on to other things, like feeding the sharks.

Of course, young boys are not the proper diet for Great White Sharks, they do not have nearly enough Omega-3 fatty acids, so we were forced to retrieve the boys and take them home.

Summer Condensed
Summer was busy because I worked all summer and was starting from scratch at my new job. Austin tested for his red with black stripe belt and was awarded it so he is one more belt away from his black belt. He attended improve camp with his cousin Rache, and competed in his first Ta kwon do tournament where he (still a red belt) had to battle a nationally ranked black belt. He held his ground and did not run. He also did some filming with Team America for a documentary.
Izzy is as busy as ever and had her tubes placed 2 weeks ago. Right now she has a bloody ear infection, fever, and cough. She continues to dance anyway, if there is no music she creates it herself.
Summer is over and the kids are back at school.

I have been a bad blogger
I am sorry for the lack of updates. this summer has been busy with the start of a new job, a sick B, and life in general. I am just going to post pics at this point. These birds are daily visitors to our yard. They have been very aggressive lately due to a neighbor feeding them. On this day they backed me into the garage and kept trying to peck my hand. Making loud noises and shooing them did not do anything. They are beautiful but I prefer they keep their beaks to themselves.
