Everything I know, I learned from kombuchakamp.blogspot.com
So I've been having this juicy affair with Kombucha tea for the past few months now, but it's too expensive to buy it as much as I crave it! I found a lady around here that grows her own and has extra cultures or SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony Of Bacteria and Yeast). It looks like a big mushroom top that you put in with the tea mixture, and now I've produced a couple of my own. Jake and I are lovin' it!
Jake and I have been saving every glass-bottled drink that we buy so that we can separate the teas into different flavors. We're continuing our search for more gigantic mason jars so that we can have the kind of supply we really want.

Corn Maze... Maize?
Joe & Jen invited us on a fun double date last Friday. We got Thai food and then went to the Thanksgiving Point corn maze. If you haven't heard yet, the aerial view of the maze has been cut into a head shot of David Archuleta.
Jake being weird and Cody being weirded out.
Boucher bums.
Sister-in-laws!
YES! Now I have 1 Sis and 2 Sis-inlaws who are prego!!!!
The maze terrain was pretty rough and Jen sprained her ankle. Joe used his boy scout skills to map the best route out. A cold bottle of Sprite helped to ice down the swelling.
There was an entire room full of corn that we were able to play in! Some little kid kept burying Jake like a dog kicking up dirt. It was pretty funny, and annoying.
Roller slide! I think we should have one of these in our house, along with a fireman pole and an acrobatic jumbo net.
Check out the far left. Only in this town would you find a pumpkin with President Hinckley's face carved into it.

Sego Festival
After Jake and the guys performed we just hung out there the whole day and listened to other people play music. It was nice. Here's Jake being artsy with the camera.
And here's me trying to be artsy. I think amphitheaters are neat.
