Sarah came down from nap time in the middle of her siblings watching Star Wars.

Sarah decided to watch.

It was right at the start of the light saber battle between  Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Spoiler Alert:
Darth Vader Wins.

But then everybody else escaped, so it was ok. And rather exiting!

Then she got bored with that, noticed the reflection of something on the ceiling and cackled and laughed at that for 15 minutes.

A glimpse into the mind of Lilly

The Seed Being Buried. It rained the next day. A little sprout came up. The people who buried the seed were surprised and the next day a flower came up.

How to make a black volcano involves a lot of colored potions, a little scrap of paper, and fun science. Teach me science, Mommy. :) I have some real potions that I will bring home tomorrow for fun science day.

100 year old Lilly

Today is Lilly's 100th day of kindergarten. To celebrate, she gets to dress up like a 100 year old. We are perpetuating the stereotype but her expression when she saw what I had gathered was perfect. She is so tickled to be old.

Reading Buddies

James and Sarah are buddies. He talks to her in the morning when she wakes up, helps to calm her down, and, new this morning, read to her. Okay, really he is just describing the pictures to her but still. It did my bibliophile heart proud.
