An Open Invite

My invitation for you to our show.

My Digital Photography Class is doing a fine art show. Typically this would be  a 3 month thing, but the place the class did it last semester worked out so well that the art department swooped in and reserved it for the next 6 months. So instead we are showing one night only at the Repartee Gallery at University Mall. I have 7 images in the show, but some of the other folks in the class are extremely talented. If you are available the evening of December 12 you ought to come check it out.

Not Dead Yet

I know we have neglected everything here lately. We have had a lot of illness sweep through our little group, and a lot of commitments come up with school and all. I have pictures and stuff, I just don't feel good today, and will post them later. In the meantime, enjoy Lilly's favorite music video. she gets real excited when I play this one for her. The Artists name is Kimbra, the song is called Cameo Lover. It is a brilliant blend between hip hop and do wop.

Big-Little Man

Dear Uncle James, Jon, and Matt,

I am doing my best to live up to you and your high standards. Today I weighed in at 16lbs 4oz and 24.5 in long.

Do you think that some day I will be just like you? Mom and Dad sure think so.

Miracle Night...almost

Our sweet little boy decided to take pity on his frazzled mother and only woke up once last night!  Should be cause for a full-on Snoopy dance, right?

Nope.

A night of mommy coughing and snoring (every time I am congested) kept me and Brian up. Lilly woke up so many times I lost count. (nightmares?)

Crossing my fingers for lots of sleep tonight...for the whole house.
