We captured a few pictures of the holiday, as well, which we would like to share with you J and C [and also ME&T].As you know, we like the turkey dinner on Christmas Eve. Always means you have to get the bird in the oven early enough to enjoy the smell during the day and have it ready at the appropriate hour. Because the turkey was smaller this year than in years past, we didn't have to get after it as early in the day.
As you can see, it turned out alright. We were worried it wasn't going to go around when we started carving, but we had plenty of leftovers, which we're still enjoying.

We all got around the table to enjoy the meal. You can see the white Christmas building in the background through the window.

Grandpa O was able to spend the evening with us. He showed us how to play Pinnocle at the end of the day before he had to leave. It was such a pleasure to have him make the journey to our house and enjoy the evening with us.
You probably got enough pictures of the program from the other blogs that we don't need to include our pictures here.

Breakfast on Christmas morning turned out great. Mom O tried out a new trick with the sticky buns and as you can see, they turned out lovely. The goo in the buns stayed soft instead of turning into hard tack candy. You'll have to get her to share her secret. Grandma and Grandpa D joined us for breakfast and few of the other morning activities before they headed to Eagle Mountain.

Just thought we would share the picture of them with the rock band.

JS&A spent the day in their new pajamas. They looked so comfy in them all day long. Anyway, we all had a great time and missed having the rest of the family here. Happy Holidays!
