So many things have happened since I last posted, and I HAVE to rant, or I think I'll explode.

Well, these past few weeks have been about the best ever. Though it has been band prac after band prac after band prac (and alot of procrastinating), there has never ever been a moment I've regretted joining band. Band has, after all, become my life.

First there was SCGS combined concert with SMKSA Kedah. That was a week of daily band pracs to get ready for the concert. The SMKSA band was great. Blasting trumpets, entertaining dances. The two days they were here really wasn't enough. Played Pirates of the Caribbean, Phantom of the Opera, Latin Gold, Shrek Dance (again =.=) and other pieces. They were ok, but we got owned by the kedah band. I love SC Band all the same (:

Then the following week, we had PhilYouth concert. That was totally pWnAgE. Two night practices before the actual day to polish off ends, then it was PHILYOUTH IN CONCERT! Got good comments from my friends who went for the concert, and I'm happy with it. Made new friends too (: I'm going to practice hard so that I can get into JC band! Yay.

Yesterday, we announced the new posts for the 07/08 Band Committee. There were some happy faces, and some sad. Couldn't stay to hear the new 07/08 band play though, cuz i had to rush off. But I'm pretty satisfied. Ending my term in SC Band tomorrow. I can't believe it! Four years! But yeah, I guess it has to come to an end sometime.

Today, I'm rushing to get all my handover stuff done before tomorrow! :( '
